Well we need to define the proxy properly, is single proxy rax with reaper opening a real threat? It's not, but it can play with the mind. Or is a proxy next to your third(e.g.) a real proxy? Or behind the mineral line of your natural? Maru isn't that proxy-heavy in TvZ but I think he would build the raxes everywhere else than his ramp  | ||

Maybe not but he did back to back proxies in the last two games of very high profile vZ series this year (and his opponent were the only people in the world not to expect it). | ||
