Off the top of my head, the one sentence recap...
G1, belshir: JD goes for a fast speedling all-in but there are no holes in stardust's wall. Stardust throws down a bunch of gates and JD is unable to hold despite throwing down a ton of spines at his natural and 3rd. G2, planet S: Stardust goes for a 7/8-gate all-in but JD scouts the proxy pylons and holds. Stardust is confined to 2 bases for a long time while JD expands to 4 and eventually wears him down with a maxed army of hydra/roach/viper. G3, star station: Stardust looks like he's going for a big 3-base immortal/zealot/sentry all-in but leaves early when JD continues to harass the 3rd with lings. JD goes for muta-ling and it turns into a base race which JD should win considering it's a base race and he has muta-ling. But instead of wiping out stardust's non-air attacking army, he allows it to destroy his base and loses the base race. G4, akilon: JD goes for an extremely fast 2-base roach all-in and catches stardust G5, whirlwind, cross spawns: stardust goes for the immortal-sentry all-in he's been using all tournament, JD gets the perfect scout and has several minutes to prepare. He decides to build swarm hosts instead of mass roaches and spines. stardust has an observer with his army and catches JD's swarm hosts out of position. He eventually repels the attack at the cost of his 3rd but has started another 3rd. stardust comes for a 2nd attack and it turns into a base race. Unfortunately mass swarm hosts are not very good at base races.

I agree. Other tournaments should take notes, MLG especially.
I think DH can actually make it a bit better. Players still look totally clueless as what to do with the cheques, the star plaque and champagne. Maybe we need something like a victory road. The CEO always has to orchestrate it. Maybe he should prep them prior to the finals as to what is going to happen after one of them win.
If they prep hollywood pros for that kind of thing, surely should be a requirement for a bunch o nerds
What does hollywood pro's have anything to do with this? It's really not that complicated and Life's cockiness is his true downfall.
HUUUUUH?
You were the one who brought up hollywood pro's. So you tell me. What I said is really not that complicated man. It's not difficult to brief the players before the finals to fill them in on what will happen when either one of them wins. Grab them together with a translator and give them a short prep talk so they don't look completely out of place when you do the award ceremony. This isn't acting/directing. We call this prep.
I'm assuming the live and recorded twitch.tv streams are hosted on different servers? I can load the HD VODs at zero lag but cannot have a lag-free 480p live stream.

I don't know why you think i'm disagreeing with you and i still don't know what Life has to do with it either.

.. Ridiculous question because you ask about how he was in BW, which was mediocre at best. Really nothing to boast about and then you ask if he used similar tactics. This is where I go what in the blue hell are you talking about? Why are you trying to compare BW tactics to SC2 tactics? He didn't do that great in Brood War. Zergs ate him up, but during that period most zergs were manhandling the Protoss. Also, considering he was down the Khan line in terms of Protoss. JangBi and Stork would go first. Not to say they didn't play him because they played him a lot. January loves her Protosses. He did okay for Air Force because well, it's Air Force and no one really expects much from them to begin with.

Two separate points of conversation man and fair enough. I was grouping your comment in with another guy.

hmm I dunno if I'm happy that Stardust won or sad that JD lost >< I can't believe I go to sleep for a bit and miss the finals lol. There are no vods it seems on the DH twitch account. Any other place to watch them? Would like to see that last game. Hopefully JD moves away from swarm hosts after this because they are terrible at base trading ><
