Hey guys, would just like to let you know that patch 1.02 is now up, and the map is now up on the KR and Arcade servers. And for the KR server I had to name it "Map Rotate" instead of "Map Rotation". Also I am not too sure how I would go about publicizing the korean version, so if anyone has an idea here or can do this for me that would be much appreciated . Regarding the patch you can see the patch notes below, and I also have a few confirmations on stats that people thought were incorrect, just in case people were curious why I haven't patched them.

Patch Notes 1.02
- Warhound no longer requires Armory
- Tempest now has range indicators when selected
- Preordain now has range indicators when used on a building
- Scanner Sweep now has range indicators
- Fixed issue where warpgate button wasn't disabled when queuing units (like in normal)
- Reworked Haywire to permit target firing
- Widow Mine now gives vision of the unit it attaches to
- Mothership Core no longer breaks forcefields (but it is still massive)
- Old button hotkeys removed due to some conflicts
- Widow Mine friendly fire has been removed (temporarily, will be added if Blizzard adds it)
- Fixed a bug where detonating on another burrowed widow mine would cause it to not be selected
- Battle Hellion actor slightly reworked
- Locust attack slowed for better visibility
- Viper has a new portrait
- Howling Peaks' terrain has now been flattened around all bases
- Howling Peaks' cliff texture has been changed from Xil to Ulaan
- Howling Peaks' cloud doodads have been removed from all bases

Confirmed to be already correct
- Viper is not Psionic - see PvZ battle report at 13:13
- Viper is not Lair tech - see PvZ battle report at 7:15
- Nexus is not Massive - see PvZ battle report at 3:36

Everyone login and give him a 5 in arcade and let it gain in popularity. I'm the first to review his games. And Xenox could you release an 8 player or at least a 4 player map for FFA combat. Thanks. I'm really not looking forward to a bunch of 1v1s.

When i played i noticed that spawn changeling had like 8 range, so instead of the seer dropping it, the seer threw the changeling a huge distance. wtf?

This is intentional, it was a documented change in HotS. It was intended to make scouting easier by making the overseer less vulnerable when casting changeling.

Widow mines are so cool :D

A couple of balance-related notes though:

1) The mineral line in the main is awkwardly squished up against the edge of the main, Howling Peaks doesn't really have this feature.

2) There's an oddly large amount of airspace at the top and bottom of the map. The real map does appear to have some extra space, but I don't think it's that much.

If you want, I could work on the map itself, to make sure it's as close a recreation of Howling Peaks as possible, including the aesthetic. Here's a sample of my aesthetic amazingness, credentials if you will: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=351706

Xenox here is some buggs you forgot to fix with the latest patch 1.02 :

1st thing to be fixed -> Preordain is bugged , when I used it on hatchery the zerg player did corruptor as I show with the spell but after 30 seconds when corruptor was complete it stills show corruptor but he didn't do any new unit.

2nd to be fixed -> blinding cloud on all ranged biological weapons on enemy units , like hydralisk . On roach it works and marine , when I tested , but its bugged on Hydralisk becasue it says melee range in the cloud and they shoud have 5 (-4) so range 1 in cloud or 6(-5) 1 with upgrade for hydra den . Hydralisk range in cloud plz fix. "Blinding cloud bugged"

Make sure that you set the map to "public" even when you create a custom game between friends, because private games are not counted toward the popularity of the map.

if you play unit tester, warhounds beat immortal cost for cost, also if you try "real" armies, terran mech can beat protoss ground with immortals, archons, collo cost for cost (all thanks to warhounds). im excited

On the Arcade version, it seems like you can't actually enter a lobby for the game unless you create a private game. I don't know if this is because of Blizzard, or because of some setting that you can change on the map, but I think it's better to make it so that people can enter a lobby before playing so that they can talk to the people they are going to play and also so they can just launch the map on their own, or maybe to adjust the settings like what speed to play at. This is on both the unit tester and the map rotation.

I've been playing mech and really the thing that beats me is the tempest. I can hold just about any army with tanks/mines/warhounds/hellions, but I start to run out of resources when I need to make vikings to counter the tempest.
