Can someone clarify what this means

The Nuclear Phase will end 12 hours after the launch of the first nuke, or barring that, 24 hours. Then, votes from this time will be tallied up for both Campaigns and Lynches.
Lynch: This occurs after the last nuke has fallen or 24 hours, whichever occurs later. Votes accumulated during the nuclear phase are used to process a lynch. In addition, the Allied Campaign for the cycle will be activated and upon the following Day its effects will be implemented:

Does that mean that if a real nuke is launched early on, the day will be shorter?

Operation Gunnerside, which gives us no mission tomorrow.
Operation Dunkirk which probably will have a counter-operation for Axis during the night so I think it is a waste.
Also Palmar nice false-nuke to stir the shit up, I approve it.

That's a nonsensical assumption. If counter operations exists, it's just as likely such an operation would counter the other campaigns. For instance, I think it's likely there will be a campaign which gives axis more nukes.

There can be an Operation which blocks Allies Operation,there can be an Operation which gives nukes,whatever,it is a Caller game,neither I don't know what I should expect.

Its the only thing that will really help us, option 3 is just pure pessimism. If we cant control our trigger finger its gg regardless and will #3 only buy us time.
Option 2 seems viable but it wont hurt the mafia the tiniest bit to lose 3 nukes, since they are with about 5-7 they have 10+ nukes.
i cant think of a situation where they would miss 3 nukes
In the current (good) atmosphere nukes are suicide bombs, there is no way a scum will be able to launch his second nuke. (the one which is probably taken away if #2 goes through)
Also i think GM is a conspirator, he wants people to do a daily nuke, dont anti the revenge nuke, and just carry on. His whole plan is based on everyone casting his nuke, wtf man

Caller you are a man of great knowledge and I thank you for pointing us on the right path.

With this in mind the only real reason we would now chose options 2/3 is if the radiation levels get to high but we are able to keep under control pretty easily provided we stick to GM's plan.

This shouldn't even be debated really. Townies get extra lives even from nukes. And if we use sandroba's plan then it really doesn't matter that much how many nukes mafia has.

Also I would prefer we not double lynch today since most day 1 lynches are wrong anyway. But starting day 2 I fully support the sandroba/gm plan with the 40% voters needed.
