I'm also digging on the Fake vote, but it shouldn't be "too" organized, because then it can cause trouble to people who aren't always online at the "proper" times (like us).

So we can discuss in the thread and say stuff like "i'm gonna put my vote on X", and try to limit the number of candidates as much as possible (2-3 per day or so?).
I think that if we do proper "##vote x" then we will be screwed by mis-counting, lurkers who won't vote but will push/pull and not get mod-killed, etc.

I mean, as long as everyone talks we should be able to see the big picture (who is supporting who and who is defending who). And we can deal with those that don't like talking later (we can kill like 3 lurkers in one day if we feel like it, so that's one of the more awesome parts of the game).

Thoughts?

I believe a system of voting we should still use if only for sanity's sake. Once we reach a majority, we can use our actions.
Similarly, I believe at the moment we should not pull anyone on day1. Day 2, I believe we should institute an alternate vote for who to get pulled, should there be enough evidence/reason to believe such a person to not be scum. And I'd say limit to something like...pulled 2 slots per person per day. Just in case further evidence decreases their townie likelyhood.

We also need to do some sort of designation so we don't randomly over push/pull.
We need to keep that in mind especially since the dead zones are so close to the edge D1 (although i guess if their there it really wouldn't matter at that point huh?

fyi all players get reassigned to random spots each day so its not like you can push someone incrementally each day to death

And regarding how we're going to do our PoPs, I'm all for some system that has us decide on our main suspects before we actually take any action against them but I'd be pretty weary of any system that relies on a flurry of activity at the end of the day to get everything we've decided on done.

The idea is to keep to 'accidents' from occuring or 'oops I pushed/pulled, I thought it was majority' or 'well I disagree with everyone else so I'm going to go counter'. People going rogue is an easy way to cause chaos, and that only helps scum slither easier.
