The stuff is kinda bad anyway, it said my "typical" jungler was Olaf... when I'm ~60% in ranked with Olaf top, and only jungled Mundo and Vi (and a lot of Udyr/Vi/Trundle in normals).

It might be one of those thigns that gets sent but not displayed, like normal elo used to.

Kennen support is secret op'd though.

The multiplicative scaling on both tanks and damage dealers is massive. By the time you get a 100% increase in damage from items (1BT) and another one (one PD or LW or w/e) you'll get 2*2=4x damage. +300% in total. But if you get a warmogs and BT you get +100% damage and +100% defense. This means that you get +200% in total.
This confuses me a lot. I know being just tanky enough lets you do things you otherwise wouldn't be able to do like clear creeps in a respectable amount of time or survive all of Kennen's burst so you can kill him afterwards, but is that enough? Better base stats and more utility/free stats in kits.
Exactly this. It makes no sense that I get to build BC+LW on Wukong as my first items if I'm doing well, and still be somewhat tanky. Then there is "assassin" Xin Zhao, who dives into a team and becomes an unkillable tank that is murdering your carry in the process.
Seriously, if Wukong even breaks even in laning phase, he is the most ridiculous bruiser in the game. Fuck that thing.

Wow, why did they hide win rate? To be like sc2?
Thanks for the other answers regarding bruiser vs carry scaling. Bonus stats and abilities make some sense but I also guess that why in a lot of asian pro games you see bruisers build full tank.

Her kit seems a bit problematic to balance, even with just numbers. So much utility, tankiness and damage makes it hard to locate where her problematic issues are.

That was always my problem with Diana. She did it all. She engaged, tanked damage, and dished out a lot of damage at the same time. Just so glad she isn't AS bad as she was at world's. That thing needed to die in a fire. I haven't played against Diana enough now to have an opinion, but she is close to what she once was from the play of her now.

Pretty simple fix really: Make her inability to disengage an actual weakness by removing tankiness.
OR
Nerf her burst so she has to be more Kayle-like.

I know Diana is pretty strong right now, but is she really in need of nerfs? I feel like she's in a pretty good spot.

Just hypothetically, if you thought she was too strong, those are simple ways to make Diana more "niche".

Theoretically, if you keep track of every summoner's match history from the beginning of s3, you can keep track of their winrates as well.

she counters safe mids which are all the rage right now, which is part of the reason shes popular. brats like lux can suck it

I feel like she's a bit strong for what she does. Mostly it's that her pre-6 lane phase is too strong compared to her power level. This mostly has to do with her Q cost, not so much the damage. Her Q basically negates the fact that she's a melee mage with no gap closer before level 6 because she has no repercussions to spamming it to last hit, or against certain mids, just to shove the lane and reduce harass.

It is kind of funny how after people talked about Lux being OP players re-discovered Diana as a counter to it only for the community to bitch about Diana being OP now and in need of nerfs.
I still think Riot should take a few months off from patching just so we can see how much people develop the game without Riot instantly nerfing a champion the minute it appears to be "too strong."

And then reverting said nerf. Then nerfing it again to revert it again. Then call the champ toxic and rework them into something even worse and more generic.
