I feel it has yet to be fully experimented on some champs.Swain(inb4 gay 4 swain) could make good use of it most likely. Getting muramana would synergize with amplified torment damage rather well. Now I need to try it on Cassie too. Free shield from Seraph's wouldn't hurt at all. | ||

I like it a lot because hey, who doesn't like mana, but despite it's low cost during the laning phase buying a purely mana item puts you behind the enemy if they decide to just build AP instead. | ||

That way you can shield bait them. | ||
