I actually am not that big a fan of tear on Swain. He really needs to be even or ahead in order to be really scary. While swain can convert the mana into damage very rapidly through his ult, using the active cuts into his available mana pool. In all honesty I'd rather skip tear and only get RoA (swain is a lane bully, building nearly 2k of mana items doesn't help this), and be more careful with mana management.

Garen is so strong right now. I've played him four times ever, won all four games. Funny thing is like I dont even play Garen welll.. I'm embarassed to say that all four games I just got my ass handed too me in lane by champions I shouldnt get my ass handed to me by. Lost lanes to an Irelia, and a Tryndamere, which as a Jungle Main I thought were literally free lanes for garen. I dont feel bad about the loss to tryn though, he got FB level 1 off of cheesy runepage (40 AD), me not clicking on him, and then three crits off one minions worth of fury. <_< Dat RNG As it turns out Garen just teamfight retardedly well. Can be like the 30 minute mark and you can have like just BC, boots2 and a Giants belt and you just trololol spin to win. That or I just better at being a low farm front line champion than most. /shrug | ||

It's not bugged....It just ticks when his poison is active. It ticks on mana usage.... | ||

t0.5 - +1 charge on tear (cooldown activates, visible on tear icon) t2 - +1 charge on tear again turn off Q at this point, rinse and repeat it's bugged because it charges more often that the cooldown should allow | ||

Also after hours of insanely boring tests I have come to the conclusion that Riot does not keep track of your internal crit chance. I used one .28% crit chance glyph and played like 10 custom matches and auto attacked mindlessly (in total of all my matches I'd say I auto attacked AT LEAST 10,000 times) and checked the stats recap afterwards and each time I deal zero critical damage after every one of my matches. So if it doesn't record .28% I would say that it also doesn't record .56% and instead just rounds it up to 1%. Why does it do this? IDK. Bug maybe, but if so its been bugged for a long ass time. It does keeps track of the decimal points in other stats, like AD for example so I have no explanation for why Riot would not take into consideration crit chance too, but da stats dont lie doe. I tried to make a macro to test this out even further but I am not a wizard. But still I'm confident in my LoL SCIENCE and I will give one cookie to anybody who can get a crit with either one crit glyph or one crit seal. | ||

Even if you attacked only 1000 times you'd only have a 6% chance of never critting like you did, at 10,000 trials the odds are 6*10^(-11)%.. I'd say you were thorough enough XD They did smooth crit out so it isn't purely random but it's still trying to imitate the random system. The descrepancy probably comes from that switch in which case it's possible that .56% crit would never crit either. How much crit do you run on gangplank to get those random crits? | ||
