Team refuses to surrender, we lose both turrets mid, dragons... then teamfights starts. Ended up 7-14-13, but I won't call Viktor good in teamfights since you'd have to account for Fiddle's and Graves bursts. Stun +Rylai ult real terrors when there's a fiddle popping in the middle of all 5 tho. I wanted to rush rylai-wota but I still had to get 2 doran rings before that, I'd need to test again to make sure if it was only because of my feeding. Looked like I could harass Irelia fine, but she had a Zilean on her team so she leveled a lot faster than me, especially after the first deaths. Can't really compare post-6. Looks like I'm entirely powerless against her "burst" tho, hiten too strong for me to risk getting her at lower hp than me, especially since laying the stun will still allow her to get ~4+ auto-attacks on me, more if she E me right before she gets stunned (I can't get away before the stun wears off). I need to test him top lane more. Gravity+blue make for a 5-6s cd laser, with wota that's quite decent survivability if you can hit several of them. | ||

he actually tanked 4 M5 there quite long before falling, but TSM was split too much to take any advantage of it. | ||

But the more I think about it after reading yesterday and today this, the more the "bruiser" cassio makes sense to me. Her E can be spammed forever and provides high steady dps even without AP, so all you need is to stay alive to deliver the damage. | ||

It's not so much the strenght it's that he can be played by a brainless moron and still carry his team, there's rebalancing that's required, nerfing not so much. | ||
