Want to rage about your latest loss? Use the QQ thread. If you whine in GD, you'll get warned. ===== + Show Spoiler +If your [Stream] thread was moved to the general TL Stream subforum (aka SC stream land), find your thread and PM it to me and I'll move it back to LoL territory. I can argue with staff that moving a non-SC thread into a SC subforum is just asking for that thread to get buried.
- Neo, Dec. 15 2011, 6:33 KST I have admin approval. I'll be moving LoL streams back to the subforum. Stream name will be based on Summoner name. - Neo 7:07 KST |

The whole champion spotlight is just an elaborate troll. There's no possible way it can be real or I lose all faith in Phreak.

Give his ultimate a Cleanse or CC protection for 2 seconds. Had a game where my team fed the enemy Xin up the wahzoo, and at the very end when I suppressed him as Malz, his attack speed was so fast, he popped me up before the suppression had even taken effect and then killed me on top of my team/turrets. Giving him a cleanse or CC immunity is how to completely and utterly break his kit even more. -_- Buy a frakking QSS like (almost) everyone else has to. Or, I don't know... run cleanse!?!?
Give him a rework!!!!! Im thinking something like riven with a lot of short to average cooldowns so you can spam OR make him melee sona/udyr yeah~!

gp5 seals felt pretty good, but the lack of mana regen seemed noticeable on janna

What's your take on GP5 yellows? I'm only playing Soraka and Sona as of now, and I run Armor red and yellows, AP/lvl blues (will change them for flat AP or MR I guess) and GP5 quints. I currently build Philo as my only GP5 and go for a relatively fast Shurelya's with it. I like playing aggressively on both of them and while some people argue that's not the way to go, I feel like it is because Soraka wins trades due to silence, Sona because of her raw early game DPS and HPS, making the trade worthwhile. Anyway, not the point of the post.
What I was trying to put across: I love both warding a whole freaking lot and aggression. Masteries, Avarice Quints AND Avarice yellows set me up with 7,5 additional GP5, which sounds pretty good. On the other hand, I trade 13 armor for just 2,5 GP5, which makes trading in lane a lot harder.
TL;DR: Not sure if they are good for someone who just started support and likes warding a lot lot lot, but also tries to force engagements relatively early on.
On Soraka: possible if you play passively (which is sometimes a good idea, but NOT always). On Sona: Wouldn't even try it once.
I also don't recommend gold/10 quints or deep utility spec on Sona. Combat strength is the way to go.

Apparently Vicktor is manaless, at least based on the stat growth patterns.
|
"I max parlay last"
then
"My Q lets me win trades" -> parlay hits for 1/20th of the champion health at level 5
then
"I get CDR boots and brutalizer for the cooldown reduction" -> for his level 1 Q and max rank raise morale
|
No normal draft anymore? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
|
Q has a 1:1 AD ratio and is ranged. It's like an extra attack+ a tiny bit extra, and it's ranged.

Manaless, Upgrade the augment to give him mana cdr and mana per 5, wtf riot.

Stats obviously aren't final.
Mana:0 Mana/Lvl:0
Move:0 Mana/5s base:4.3 Mana/5s/Lvl:0.45 Mana/5s (Lvl18):12.4

Obviously he just sits in the fountain all game spamming spells Xerath style.

Would make sense. I didnt even realize it was weird for him to be a manaless with this core giving MP5 until someone pointed it out.
Kinda interested to see how much his upgrade thing costs. Could be an interesting mechanic, but probably gonna suck late game when you wish you could just sell the thing and get some decent stats.

They're probably hoping they can get people to shut up without actually doing anything. Basically the same like tryndamere.

i personally like a combination of ms and AP quints on most of my supports, except soraka. i use my flat AP page on her.

Why does xin's e have to slow? Like wouldnt it be much better if they just removed the slow from his e, changed his q to a stun or something (so its effected by tenacity) then actually buffed him? Wouldnt that fix his whole "sticks to one person till they dead" thing that riot seems to hate?
I just dont think Riot is ever going to buff him without actually breaking him down first.

Is it me or is Viktor riot's answer for people wanting Evoker in this game? He sounds like he has MOST of evoker's abilities, but there's no way they are gunna give him Ghost Walk lol.
