I'm kinda surprised that Maru didn't pick himself to play twice today. Do we think that he believes Cure is in better form or do we think that he's just being humble?
I still think they should've drafted in Percival or Ryung to take up the seventh spot on Maru's team instead of having to have someone play twice...

It's surprising to me how prevalent all-kills are in teamleague formats. I get how psychological elements like momentum and morale can work in a 1v1 series, but somehow it feels like it has an outsize impact in these all-kill formats.
I'm gonna need one of you guys to do a statistical analysis on how big an outlier all-kills were based on Aligulac rating for every all-kill format league in history

Especially because social pressure tends to inhibit sports that rely on accuracy and coordination and facilitate those that require strength and endurance (although arguably towards the end of your All Kill set you may be tired so the boost might help in this regard).

I don't think it's intended to be a GSL replacement.
The messaging around it also seems to suggest that they'd like to do something like this more frequently.
But seeing as they're still taking money from the Patreon fundraiser, I'd hope they're going to do a proper GSL tournament at some point in the future. I'd be very disappointed if they didn't.

its always fun to have sOs and his game vs Zoun was kind of funny. Maru vs Classic / Maru vs herO was really good too. iirc i would also recommend Classic vs Solar and Bunny vs Creator.

They're running another version today, and I imagine they'll run more versions in the future.
Today's edition includes 2v2 games, which is a change from the first edition.
