EPTI've always seen Xin as the champion who if he isn't ahead he doesn't do well. Even going even tends to be a bad thing for him because of this power curve issue of his. How to fix it I am not sure because I am sure that just nerfing his damage early and scaling his abilities just wont' cut it or it'd of been done by now. *shrug*

Riven also scales harder, although Shyvana's late game is not bad, Riven is just a straight up monster late game. | ||

Imo, she's more like garen top, where you have to be a little bit clever to get all of your damage out on somebody. riven has an aoe stun and aoe pseudo-knockup, that pretty much force her dmg output on you whenever she feels like it. | ||
