Many ranged ADs don't even consider buying potions when they have someone with a heal in lane. They just take heavy damage and flame the support for not keeping up with that amount of damage. | ||

Nidalee don't have any dodge bonus in catform. Only jax still benefit from dodge at that level. | ||

You have to pick the support for the carry. For example to Ashe i always pick Soraka, because she needs mana and she is easily harassed, so needs the heal and armor/mres buff. You cant complain about that. Sona is much more harass based support, good for Cait for example. And Janna with Trist is just awesome, that flat AD from shield is a beast with Trist's as boost. I never got flamed for my support choice or for zoning out people, actually its hilarious when you zone out ad+support while your ad stays behind. | ||

In more general, every support is beneficial for any team, as the general functionality of warding and CVing and some utility is given. Its hard to pick bad support char, it may be not optimal, but whatever. But picking for the lane is important as you should at least keep up with the other team, or maybe even win the lane. The bigger the teamfight, the less impact the support character directly has (note: DIRECTLY. im not talking about map awareness and other stuff), so the less responsibility in pick. First you pick for your lane, and if you still have more options, you pick the better for the team comp. | ||

Heh, I almost always rape my lane as sona because I just max Q and destroy them. My laners seem suprised I'm agressive but I just assumed its standard. I always felt like sona was OP because of how much damage q+power chord does throughout the game. Just being an aura bot she doesn't feel OP. I don't know what elo you're at on US but usually when we do bad in lane the AD carry is just doing something stupid when I'm warding and doesn't have a coherent response to why it's my fault. They shouldn't take heavy damage because I'm a constant harass threat that my AD would have to go full retard to take damage and not respond while I burst them for like 300. EDIT OMFG NEW MASTERIES YESSS THE OLD ONES WERE FUCKING AWFUL AND IM IN THEORYCRAFT HEAVEN RIGHT NOW. 1) Can play AP Carries with 21/x/x for loads of dmg. 2) Initiator + Juggernaut + Swiftness on Singed will be fun. 3) No SoS anymore makes me sad. 4) No dodge masteries... good that I've bought those dodge runes... 5) Expanded Mind now gives bonus Energy, quite nice for my Kennen and Shen. 6) 20% more buff time now only 1 skillpoint. 7) otherwise the utility kinda sucks for non supports, imo. | ||

If there is a Soraka on the enemy team, you just straight up kill her and if she wastes her heal on herself, well, there you go, their AD carry is helpless for the next 18 seconds, rendering the option of W-Q almost always a lot weaker than W-E. It's nice for positioning sometimes I guess, but if they decide tweaking Kat, why in such a non-mattering fashion? Also: Sion apparently is a strong late game champion. There's just no way to stop him from bursting your team. Real Morello? | ||

You won't see an Akali nerf anytime soon btw, Riot has said she doesnt need nerfing thus the reasoning why shes not getting any.
