he can't silence people who combo their spells as they start the combo (i.e. brand) and thus will lose those lanes a lot more now lol) because they'll be able to finish by the time the silence lands and laning vs ryze might just be outright impossible now | ||

also i think i'm gonna start playing around with cleanse and heal on various top laners, seems like they'd be a decent choice now. at least fun to try out  flash/cleanse never get ganked, who needs wards huehue | ||
