He's still pretty bad at adjusting to the flash/cone combo. He's been missing Cass ult and Kass E for a while now. It might not be completely his fault since there's a delay but he's not getting better at it.

there's a known bug that causes you to cast kass E/cass ult backwards if you use too fast after blinking. so he may be trying to avoid that bug by casting them slower, and missing those spells as a result.

Even when he doesn't have to flash he misses a LOT of cass ults.

Akali hit with a million nerfs. Nocturne's fear also nerfed.

Flash nerf isn't gigantic; it's still a very strong summoner spell I think. Cleanse looks extremely strong now, and new Surge looks like a solid choice on champions that can actually use both stats (at max level, it's like a rageblade or so)

I actually quite like this. Nothing too extreme in terms of the summoner spells themselves. As a support player, the CV changes are going to hurt, but I guess it's for the better - it's really only impacting laning phase when you spam cv
