It looks frightening, but it's parts of the pig not served cooked down with herbs and seasonings into a stew like consistency. You can dump it on rice or eat it as is. It's generally really tangy and full of that golden pork flavor. Kind of like the Garbage plate. (fritos, chopped BBQ beef, sausage, cheese, jalepenos, onions, pickles, 2 slices of bread). Om nom. | ||
