I was actually talking with the fweddit guys about the whole thing after I got off TL coms. Their response "You should ask those guys to join up with us, we could sure use the help and this is a great place for any new bros. We give them as many thrashers as they can bear to lose" BTW, VoV I know deep down your a sweet barrel of love and fondness, I want to hug you.

In other news he loses us an orca kill because he has to solo bait it into decloaking while me and tango sit on the other side of the gate after being scouted. After a bit it decloaks and cloak-trick warps away since aeth was too busy chasing a cloaked rapier to set up probes that he already had out on the gate. Also Tango got outplayed when the kestrel warped to the bubbled gate we were sitting on as he warped off to station so I got to blap it. http://kb.eveaquila.com/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=30574 Clearly I am the best pvper since I got the most kills.

When I go out on a roam or take a fleet out, my primary objective is to get into the best fight possible. This often requires a lot of patience, and a lot of having people sitting out of sight of the enemy, and oftentimes, even after all the waiting, there won't be much of a payoff. That's just the way the game is. A lot of the time it is pretty slow, sure, but that special fight, that engagement you get one in every one hundred is worth it. If you just jump in your whole fleet the second some random guy in a stabber gets up the courage to come and attack your one guy in a battlecruiser who is trying to get the fight started, nothing good will ever come of it. That isn't fun for anyone. The two of you are massively impatient. You want to jump in and whore on the stabber every single time. That isn't how I do things, and if you are flying in fleet with me in the future, it isn't how you are going to do things either. There seems to be a bit of miscommunication here, possibly due to the fact that I am more laid back than someone like a Kwark, so perhaps you misunderstand me, but when I say "Don't warp to the station," I mean don't warp to the fucking station. That is it. If you don't like the way that I do things, don't fly with me. This repeatedly coming along on fleets and then spending the whole time whining and complaining about how you aren't getting any kills and how it is my fault and how I should go out of my way to make everything better for you, at the expense of us actually getting into any interesting engagements, is finished. Either change your attitude or go elsewhere.

Either change your attitude or go elsewhere. Yea when I follow you around for over an hour doing absolutely nothing and you give away free orca kills that's me being impatient alright. You treat our "fleets" as your own solo work with backup one jump away. If you want to just be soloing and have back up I'll wait at home til you find something you think is worth engaging with more than 1 person. Most of the time you have us waiting we aren't hidden, they have eyes and we know they have eyes, there's no real reason to be waiting 1 jump away while you play station games alone. I don't mind trying to surprise people and bait, I mind that even when the jig is up you tell people to hang back anyway and then lose us kills or just actively prevent us from doing anything but alt-tabbing by keeping us out for no reason. That orca was a free kill, all we had to do was jump all of us in, we had been scouted already very clearly by the rapier, but instead you decided to try to solo the rapier and warped off our method of catching the orca, and then got neither of them. With all 3 of us there 1-2 can fight the rapier/force it off while at least 1 goes to where the orca was. At that point its fucked, it can try to emergency de-cloak and warp, in which case you have probes on it, or it can try to stay cloaked while 3 ships burn around it and they form up a fleet or something. Then 3 jumps later after an hour of roaming you fail to catch anything in a system, admittedly not because you're bad this time and just because they POS up quickly. It's late, I'm bored, there's a lone kestrel that's had dscan on us for the last 10-15 min. God for-fucking-bid I want to go try and blap it in this dead system that we haven't been able to catch anything in when there are like 4 local. If you really want to bait and tango is already going to the station let him bait and you stay 1 system out where you already are. Not the end of the world. Also to be clear by the time you even said don't warp to station tango was already gone and I ctrl-space'd as soon as possible, even if I didn't agree with it. Also holy fucking shit we don't spend the entire time complaining. We don't even blame you for lack of fights/kills you're missing the point entirely. If the people aren't there to fight they aren't there that's not anyone's fault. The point didn't even come up til the very end of the roam when we were missing kills because you decide to let shit go because its not a "perfect fight." I spent 45 min of that roam(and much longer on others) patiently waiting for shit to happen. Then you get all upset when we move to engage the only fucking thing we've seen the entire time which happened to be nothing but a kestrel (besides the shit that got away because our scouted fleet needed to stay away from a trapped orca so it could leave) and rage kick us from fleet. We were not blaming you for lack of people to fight/kills to get nor have we ever done this.

On that note: if you cant understand or are un willing to learn what tactics are being used in fleet, leave or lose the attitude.

Also chessur just because someone is an old guard doesn't mean he is free from criticism. If anything its the other way around. I'm more likely to call someone who's been around for a while bad because they should know better.

I feel this is being handled improperly.

Sylvex and tango: follow fc orders - cant tell you how many times Kwark warp'd me to a gate at zero to my death, but you do it because the fc told you to. Aeth: Lighten up, when leading a roam treat the fleet like a 6yr old child. You have to reward good behavior. You were on a roam for 45mins with no action and your fleet(6 yr old child) has been acting well reward them with a kestrel blob km. that way when you tell to fleet to hold next time to get that amazing fight they do it because they know you will reward them with the km's On another note I just saves 15% by switching to geico
