You need crazy good navs to keep up without capping yourself out, you need insane engineering skills, essentially perfect fitting skills, and so many supports V'd..... You can get into a harb significantly sooner and get a taste for how bigger ships fly. Although, with the patch, I wonder what cruiser would be best? Omen maybe? Might be worth flying that as well. EDIT - honestly, you're better off learning how to make isk in-game, and buying a character that can fly whatever you want. It'll save you so much time and effort, and you'll get into those bigger ships so much faster. For instance, my pvp character that I started is not capable of flying anything bigger than destroyers with any competency (although it can fly a lot of different frigs competently). The characters on the bazaar that you'll find will not be completely ideal for whatever it is you want to do, so prepare to spend months fine-tuning it, but it'll be significantly closer to whatever it is you want to fly than starting a new character from scratch.

I have no idea no good the Omenis, but yeah go for the Harb before the Oracle, that was my mistake. Thinking of actually logging back into this game and such, because I have recovered from my burnout.

I am really interested in how characters can be bought and sold for ingame money, so when I'm in a place where i have the isk and experience to manage a highly skilled character, I can just buy one up. I wouldn't want to rush into buying a high skill character because I have yet to go through that period where you die a shit ton of times to learn how the game works. I'd rather go through that phase on my newbie character haha. The next thing I think I need to do is get someone to go through the most efficient ways of making ISK with me in-game. Some TL folk were nice enough to explain the popular methods used to make ISK but I didn't quite understand everything :/ Right now im in what I have now learned is a classic noob mistake, flying something you cant afford to replace, a vexor. Im really afraid il lose it in a L2 mission (iv gone into structure twice trying to do L2s in it, thank god I read enough evelopedia to know what Damage Control was) so I think I have to go back to L1's until I build up enough isk to get a destroyer + some savings. This game is intense, I cant wait until im in a self sufficient position though. edit- whoa this post is longer then i thought it would be @_@

If they haven't, then the ship is still shit..... But if they have, then it might have potential. They have really shit capacitor but they are still very good.
