Actually those are illegal now in the NHL and affiliated leagues. Our team last year got new shoulder pads from the Adirondach Phantoms because of this. :D
I would love for Brodeur to win 1 more cup before retiring (not that there is any reason to believe that this season will be his last chance to do so). Failing that, I just want to the Devils to get this series back under control and close it out 4-3, and then crush Philly. The rest would just be a cherry on top
