Its not a big deal, Boston was the favourite to win, home opener + lost the last game they played + dwade not playing a game with the heat, it was bound to be a celtic win. Miami Heat showed that Dwight Howard is going to ruin them barring foul trouble, and that Chris Bosh is a terrible pickup for them considering he has no post game, and whats he going to do? spread the floor on offense and give no offensive rebounds, and be a serious loophole on defense since clearly everyone except Arroyo is better at D than him, including Eddie House and Big Z. Chris Bosh has a devastating post game - he just isn't a LOW post threat. Think of him as a finesse high post tip toe around the paint version of Kevin Garnett. He'll still destroy most PFs in the paint because he's faster than a lot of players at his position. He's also a very good rebounder. Sadly against monster big guys Joel Anthony will be gobbled up and Big Z will be out on the perimeter - he's going to have to fight harder than usual. No idea why you think he's terrible on D. He's at least average.

He's at least average. Look where Bosh gets the ball, its usually around the top of the key, or half way out on the wing, the only reason he has a small offensive threat that close is because left handed players are hard to guard, he still isnt a top 5 PF, probably top 10. Man to man Bosh is average, help D he is horrible, his shows at pick and rolls are a joke. Im not sure by what you mean by devastating post game, but i mostly see him jacking shots, and making moves outside of the post and moving towards the basket, hardly ever does he catch the ball near the post and make a move, unless it was a free play the PG, i guess this is what you mean by low post, which i guess was my point, sure he can dunk, but he cant get the ball and make a move without being blocked. His post game is clearly lesser than that of Lebron and Dwayne both having sub par post-ups for being "the best player in the league" , and his defense as well, considering he got the same amount of money as these guys, the question is, why? he should be getting Mike Millers paycheck for being a role player.

Like you said he catches the ball at the top of the key or on the elbows. That's why I said he isn't a great low post threat but more of a tip-toe around the paint kind of PF. He doesn't sit in the paint often because he's such a good shooter he doesn't have to. Even without his speed, and without his shooting he's got such good footwork and length that he just gets to where ever he wants and scores. He also shoots a good percentage and draws a ton of fouls. You pay big bucks for that kind of offense in the NBA. Literally the only players that can guard him are mobile Power Forwards and lengthy, big SFs that can also play PF. In Toronto they had him playing Center which is a nightmare for the opposing team. He just sat right on the elbow and abused them out of their comfort zones all day.

Ya, well, imo they dont need another jump shooter when you have Mike Miller, Eddie House, Big Z, Dwayne, Lebron (who apparently is a jump shooter now) they need a low post scoring threat, something that Bosh isnt. They need Bosh vying for position down low, so he can either get an offensive rebound off their jump shots, or he can actually post up, but since he has no low post, why bother even handing this man a pay check? Once again the only reason he is any sort of offensive threat is because he is left handed, the size he put on last year slowed him down a bit, and only provided a couple more rebounds for him. Compared to Garnett he isnt even close, Garnett has played hard, and earned it, he was the face of a franchise, and with pride. Bosh is a loser in comparison, so please dont put them close to the same level. Garnett is still a better player, even to this day, especially on defense, and most of the time on offense, in terms of productive efficiency. Chris Bosh is more comparable to Chris Kaman, except Kaman actually has a good post up game, and to the dismay of ticket goers, isnt black. In fact, Chris Bosh isnt even comparable to Chris Kaman, or Zach Randolph, or Carlos Boozer, or any decent PF, he is definitely only talked about because of his athletic prowess and his ability to loot in a riot for 6? years. Next thing you know, people will be shocked that Vince Carter sucks after leaving Toronto, surprise ! when you're the only one with talent you stick out like a sore thumb, he is a good player sure, but he isnt near the caliber of any of the other free agents. Hell he took his team to playoffs once, and lost in a timely fashion, and couldnt even get back there last year, after being in 5th place half way through the season. Chris Bosh just flat out isnt a nearly as effective, dominant, or defensively strong as the other free agents this year.

verry funny jab about Chris Kaman. Bosh is different type of PF than guys like Boozer and Randolph. They are bangers. Bosh is not a banger, he's a speedy/nimble PF. We'll see how he does after the Heat play more than 10 games.

His offensive game might be like Kevin Garnett's, in that Garnett's biggest flaw was he would take (unstoppable) fadeaway jumpers instead of more aggressive post moves.

It's starting to become pretty easy to hate Lebron.
