It was released 4 days ago saying: download and install the game BEFORE the release, update the installer, create a tag and all that, etc....
Log in wait time sucks, but its worth it because the game runs like butter, no lag whatsoever.

how can i download a game when my internet is capped? why should i be obliged to download the game when i buy a physical copy?

After waiting forever to actually get online, hit level 11 b4 my friends internet crapped out. Gonna play hit the sack for a few hours and continue then. So far really enjoying it, although its quite easy atm.

Man, I am glad I didnt go HC yet. Died with my SC barb shortly after having beaten Leoric. Not gonna spoil too much but it was a combo of my own greed and natures wrath that killed me.

Alright, maybe a stupid question but: I rolled a wizard, sinda all my skills are based on weapon damage does that mean I should just run with the highest min - max damage I can find?
I really don't know much about the general stat system, for wizard I guess I should focus on int en dex?

I don't really think that Dex is a Wizard stat.

* +0.1 per point to Resistances.
* +x to Witch Doctor's damage.
* +x to Wizard's damage.
Each point of Vitality gives:
* +x to Life.
Each point of Dexterity gives:
* +x% to Dodge chance.
* +x to Demon Hunter's damage.
* +x to Monk's damage.
Each point of Strength gives:

* +x to Barbarian's damage.
So Int and Vit seem like the obvious choises for Wizard to me at least, although I'l be playing Monk and haven't looked up on Wizard much.

I'm not 100% sure on this but I think you should indeed use the highest DPS weapon you find as Wizard spells should scale with it in this game, and later in the game there should be more Wizard specific weapons.

So does anyone know whats the penality for joining lower lvl friends??
For example im lvl 18 and my friend is 10 ... whats the disadvantages if i join him right now?!

Game's fun as fuck, and I wouldn't usually use profanity but I think that best describes my experience. Played through Act 1 with 2 friends, taking it kinda slow it took us about 3 hours, but people have work so we'll be starting up again later this evening. The hour and a half spent slowly getting 3 people into the game obviously sucked, but as a one time thing, I'm in a very forgiving mood at the moment - can't wait to get back into it!

Your friend will experience the exact same situation as when you two would be the same level (no EXP cut, no gear cut, etc) or he would be playing solo (except for the dificulty scaling ofc). You on the other hand would gain relatively little EXP from the low level mobs and, I think, low level items.
