Honestly did you really enjoy invisible monsters that blended in with the floor? Oh I just died to a Stygion Doll, nice....And uh Merchants that do more than just standing there buying your items for gold and selling you potions would be a move in the right direction

Monk trailer, Diablo 3 The game is going to be awesome, there is not a single doubt in me, but releasing content like this in 2011 is laughable. I mean it looks like a warcraft 3 mod cutscene. Warcraft 3 and SC2 looked pretty bad before their final release version and I know Diablo 3 is going to look 100 times better at release day, but COME ON Blizz, wtf is this? Anyway, looking forward to my Monk dude with an enchantress support. Happy days are ahead of us, cannot wait.

Knowing that duping is out there and seeing people with 100k fg made my mf runs seem pointless. Of course that came after several years of playing. Needless to say after running 8 bots with 2 cdkeys each at the same time for ~8 every night i got myslef 20k fg + all the perfect equip possible ( except those crazy bugged items wich usually dissapeared the momoment you try to use them ). I hope that D3 will remain free of dupes/bots for as long as possible. It takes the thrill out of finding a new unique item or a high rune when you know you could wake up every morning with two full mule chars of top notch items ![]() The fact that hacker volumes in SC2 are bigger than I previously thought, makes me fear for the legit players of D3. Bnet 2.0 Has huge flaws in its coding at the moment. I really hope some huge upswing of information control within Bnet 2.0 shows it's head in D3. You said it pretty good in your post, How good did it make you feel when you realized not using bots, meant your character farming for items was pointless. Personally it made me delete my character and give my items to someone who would enjoy them. The point of your account being attached to your blizzard ID seems to be a junk defense against people who acquire these titles in a shady manner. The sad thing is there is a HUGE community of d2 botters and hackers. And their fat sweaty necks are probably very used to this behavior, lets just hope they don't bring their nacho encrusted sausage fingers to d3.

I had no trouble seeing Stygian dolls however that giant frog spell on the WD is goofy as hell. My problem with the merchants is (i beleive) they will take away from player-to-player interaction. Also after what blizzard pulled on us with sc2 battle.net 2.0 im worried that blizzard will yet again remove features from d2 battle.net such as being able to name your own room (game/server etc whatever you call it)

For comparisons I loved: Wc2>>>WC3> WC1 (wc1 has a special place in my heart as I stole the game and played on my dad's pc while he was drunk on the couch) SC1>>>>>SC2 D2>D1 But the same theme runs throughout. I logged countless hours on every single one of those games. I play a ton of SC2 and watch all the streams. D3 will not be as good as D2 whether its the fault of game play or my lost of childhood wonder. Yet I will play it...countless hours, through the night, going to work on 2 hours sleep, skipping parties/dinners/gatherings. I will have days where I only eat hot pockets and drink soda. So yes Blizzard, bring it on, you own my gaming soul, I may complain, whine, and demand changes, but I will preorder and camp out for the game and I will play it until you release D4/WC4/SC3 and the cycle continues.
