Ok, now a real question about all this resurrection business, even though I dont think it matters: Did the mountain actually die, or was he kept alive by Qyburn all the time?

Jon singlehandedly kills every zombie that crosses the wall. Qyburn kept him alive in his lab. The Mountain is now a Kingsguard and is apparently fully functional and ready to kill for Cersei.

Anyway I suppose since King's Landing is in such a disarray the fact that Dorne just killed off Myrcella might not be enough to start a war? Seems people think of her death more as an ending to the soap opera mini arc, but I hope there's some greater story at work here. I thought Dorne was more cringeworthy than anything this season, but when I think of Oberyn I can't help wanting to see more of that place.

Isn't it still pretty likely that you are going to break your leg or something like that?

It really does depend on the conditions, as I said if they are optimal you can jump like that and not suffer any injuries at all. So they could be dead, unharmed or anything in between

2. I'm guessing Sansa is alive as well, if only barely. I was glad to see Ramsay's girlfriend die (even though it was brutal), however, since the actress was just terrible (way over-the-top at all times). 3. I'm sure Stannis is dead. We witnessed his fall, and he no longer has a role to play in the story. 4. Censei's humiliation scene was way too long. It was painful to watch. At this point, I want the High Sparrow and the female cult member who humiliated Cersei to meet their demise as well. I just can't stand homophobic and moralizing religious nutjobs (even though I very much sympathize with the High Sparrow's desire to see power given to the people).

i think brienne+stannis is going to group up with reek+sansa somehow. i doubt stannis is dead, i think they made that off screen for some hint. whatever d&d will conjure up to make the story work, i have no idea but i have a feeling all 4 will move together. i just hope brienne's excuse for letting him live is not as bad as midget dick merchant.

The only thing that would stop Brienne from killing Stannis would be Pod coming urnning about the candle being lit. That mixed with Stannis's last words about duty, Brienne's duty to Catelyn Stark will override her pledge to kill Stannis for the time being and she'll use his help to try and save Sansa or some bullshit. Though thinking about it, Stannis is pretty messed up right now physically and mentally, doesn't have any army left so I doubt he has anyway to actually help her, so maybe she just kills him,

The prophecy is the core to snow's resurrection theory so it's not because the writers made a mistake

Nonetheless this episode was better than the garbage they pulled off in the last. Lots of cool stuff. Perhaps the show can move on just fine ![]()

*shakes fist in anger*. We had so many scenes where it's her face tho. Damnit. Owell, they did it well.

Optimal situation to jump from high up into snow would be during a snowstorm. However I wouldn't recommend it if it hasn't snowed in a couple of days with a cold temperature outside, or worse, if it has rained just before.

also jon snows death killed whatever was left of interesting things about the wall and beyond. I think the writers and RR care more about the destination than the journey. that and playing off expectations and tropes. ramsay is the only good villain left

As for a possible resurrection, it's 50/50 really. Melisandre is there and we've already seen the Lord of Light thing that can resurrect people fully (in that flaming sword fight against The Hound). Jon Snow is kingsblood so Melisandre would definitely have an interest there, especially since Jon Snow was/will be the best chance at dealing with the White Walkers. Storywise it makes sense and we'd all love to see him suddenly come back and feed Thorne to the White Walkers or something like that. Davos would make a good right hand man for him. But, it's GoT, so nothing is certain. As for the Watch, the Walkers can have them if Jon Snow is not brought back. Luring their own Commander out like that in the middle of the night, blegh. If he does get resurrected, there's going to be hell to pay. Olly is on the short list for becoming a Wight, though Jon should have talked with him a lot more, you can't ignore a kid whose parents were killed by people you go and save and let through the Wall. I doubt Reek is going to double cross Sansa, killing Myranda is something I'd already doubt Ramsay would tell Reek to do and actually expect him to do it convincingly. They also both take a chance jumping off, which I doubt Reek would do for Ramsay as part of a big turn around plot against someone he already wants to help. Theon may make a comeback. Could end up running into the Greyjoys and going on from there. The atonement part was a bit long, we got the point halfway through already. Wasn't expecting she'd actually break down being Cersei but oh well. I do wonder how she'll react though, since she'll mostly want to burn the whole city to the ground in revenge, especially once she hears about Myrcella. Jaime is going to turn around in fury and run Ellaria through with his sword, right in front of Doran most likely. I'll cheer for him when he does. Bitch. The lethal kiss was the one thing I did see coming though. Wouldn't have allowed Ellaria to touch Myrcella at all if I were Jaime, least of all a kiss. Dunno about Dany, so random to suddenly have a whole Khalasar appear out of nowhere. She'll likely be taken captive but not harmed as she is officially still a Khaleesi I think. Jorah and Daario will likely find them and possibly get in trouble. Would be nice to see all three of her dragons come flying in at some point.
