Of course if he called Harveys bluff then Jack would have won thats how bluffs work and it plays into the fact that Harvey is a gambler and has been since before the start of the series.
As for the sports stars finding the one weakness that can be exploited and using it to get what he wants is classic Harvey and I thought the only thing that showed he was not at 100% is that at 100% Harvey closes Barkley and isnt bluffing in the first place but actually bluffing like he has it anyway is classic Harvey.

You missed a perfect opportunity to say that the bluff doesn't mean jack shit.
Anyways, I think Harvey is in desperation/ panic mode to stop losing the things that he's known to be normal, including Donna, Mike, his money, and his status. I wouldn't be surprised if he continues to call on favors to try and keep things the way they were before Donna left.

I think it's called being a gunner.
"gunner A person who is competitive,overly-ambitious and substantially exceeds minimum requirements. A gunner will compromise his/her peer relationships and/or reputation among peers in order to obtain recognition and praise from his/her superiors." ~ http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=gunner
That's the term that many college students use, anyway.
So yes, but you won't have many friends on your way to the top, making it very lonely up there.

This show used to be so awesome, but I don't really know what happened. Harvey has gone from superman to basically a moron who can't get anything done without his genius secretaries. Donna might as well be a cartoon character at this point. Thank god for based Louis. He's written like shit but the guy is just so compelling anyways

Louis this season i am done with. Harvey this season has actually been superman doing more actual lawyering then I think he has done since season 1. Donna is still Donna. Rachel has been pretty good in her limited screen time and Jessica is back to actually being the power boss that she has been in every episode that didnt involve a certain love interest. At this point though Louis completely deserves the hatred he gets from Harvey because at some point you have to actually stop betraying your friends and this point should have happened by now but he still keeps doing it.

Both the Harvey/ Donna drama and the Louis/ everyone drama has me a little tired and irked. I don't even know which characters I currently like, although I think a lot of us are in agreement that the Mike + Robert Zane case has good potential to be pretty interesting (if for no other reason, because someone is finally practicing law for once). I'm looking forward to seeing how the relationships between Mike/ Rachel/ Robert evolve.
Also, obligatory "SUITS TONIGHT!" post 8 hours until showtime!

It was nice to have an episode that ended well without anyone doing anything really stupid. Suits really needed at least one of those.

True, although... did Harvey *actually* sleep with Esther? That could come back and bite him in the ass in terms of his friendship with Louis. They *did* leave together, leaving the drinks on the table and Harvey made sure she signed the contract so that she was no longer his client... but on the other hand, Harvey had been reflecting about Donna throughout the second half of the episode (after Esther and her husband met during the deposition), and that would be a pretty big roadblock to earning Donna's trust/ forgiveness/ friendship/ whatever again.

It would also be a good way to shake the status quo and possibly move that story towards its obvious conclusion.

Threesome with Harvey and Donna and Esther, and by Harvey I mean me?

What a surprise, another ridiculously good-looking woman! + Show Spoiler +Whaaaat, this is Louis' sister?
"I didn't decide to become a divorce attorney, because that's the minor leagues, but here is how it works with me. *smoothly slides folder off on the table*. That's why I watch Suits. Also I just loved the way Mike barged in in Jessica's or Robert's office. They were NOT pleased with his tone!
Harvey, a white knight after all. + Show Spoiler +BUT HARVEY, CAN WE TRUST HIM? (congrats if you see the obscure reference)
Great episode.

mike and rachels relationship definitely has a time bomb on it now dunno if it was just me who noticed but rachel clearly doesnt want kids/is unable to have them gonna be a repeat of louis and sheila again

Yeah, the little "look" she gave was very clear ;D. What makes me doubt the obvious scenario is that, as you said, it already happened.
