btw I think this is the platform for ESL Katowice too? and for their ESL's CS content as well. http://www.adweek.com/digital/facebook-livestreaming-esl/ https://www.theverge.com/2018/1/23/16922380/facebook-esl-one-dota-2-csgo-exclusive-live-streaming I just hope they either improve the player significantly and rapidly, or revert the deal on the exclusivity because at least my viewing experience was remarkably impaired by the shortcomings of the stream player.

And yea if there are no easy to access (or any at all???) VODs that's a massive bummer. Other than the games themselves have been entertaining. btw I think this is the platform for ESL Katowice too? and for their ESL's CS content as well. http://www.adweek.com/digital/facebook-livestreaming-esl/ https://www.theverge.com/2018/1/23/16922380/facebook-esl-one-dota-2-csgo-exclusive-live-streaming I just hope they either improve the player significantly and rapidly, or revert the deal on the exclusivity because at least my viewing experience was remarkably impaired by the shortcomings of the stream player. as long as facebook pays ESL enough they will keep using their shitty platform even if they lose all their sponsors buy facebook Zuckerberg probably paid ESL a couple of millions for this exclusive deal so ESL was like "fuck the community and the audience, we're gonna go where the $$ is"

You probably are right about the fact that enough $$ was moved that the exclusivity stays for the duration of the contract but we'll see what happens even during this event. I mean if not for anything else it's an issue for ESL who probably have sold the sponsorships promising viewer numbers that are significantly higher just based on previous events. Really made me miss twitch and its theatre mode and pop-out video.
