In reality it's a decent damage item (the 125 break damage splashes with his ult), and the 20% ms isn't bad for chasing either. Lothars gives positioning and damage, which DK needs more then more survivability or stats. | ||

DK has decent chase with long range stun and bonus MS in Dragon form. And the words "tank" and "Lothars" don't really match together. With the cost of a Lothars at 3300, I'd rather save 600 more for BKB. | ||

With a 400 range instant stun that is 3.25 seconds at level 4 on Dragon Form, it's viable but not the standard build. Chinese DK usually gets Pipe then AC, though people do other builds like Mjolnir (which is incredible on him), BKB, etc. The AC lets a team that's doing well in pushes to just push, and then just harass towers while the other team has to figure out how to defend a really tanky Dragon that kills buildings pretty efficiently. | ||

VanG/Mjollnir/BKB or BKB/Hood/AC item builds are perfectly fine and capable. Even Helm+BKB+Buriza Carry works. | ||

Desolator is very usefull when you are playing as the secondary damage dealer because it boosts the damage the main carry does. | ||

:O useful pointer haha I only thought it was for units. But I always go Buriza after Manta (and BKB if needed) on Mirana. Pretty sure for pure DPS against enemy heroes Buriza > MKB for all heroes unless they have heroes with evasion. | ||
