It took them a while to get used to Lanm's drafts but at TI4 he fell sick.

It is silent here because the real NaVi fans are still by their side. Sometimes they go around making things more lively.

If they don't place high in those tournaments they are definitely going into the TI qualifier. unless they change rosters, they are getting invited 100%, even if they place last at both of those tournaments

Not only do their players have good results around the year, but even with this lineup they placed 3rd at DAC, qualified for all events they tried to get into, and won their group in Dotapit. Of course they did fail at SL, but invites are going out before their next LAN as far as I'm aware. Even assuming they would continue placing last (which is rather unlikely), they wouldn't have the time to fail hard enough to get their invite taken away. Im not trolling at all. Recent results should matter imo. If we go by your logic of results "around" they year as you say then you might aswell say Alliance and Navi both deserve an invite because they won TI and were good at some point in the past. I mean how far back is relevant? That's my question I guess. Right now I would say C9, Empire and Alliance are all making a strong case to be in contention for the EU invites.

Alliance and Empire ? rofl you are seriously trolling Empire didnt even qualified for SL and lost to LC (!!!!!!), who were eliminated by TT (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), sure they won MLG but that was with a stand in and you said this is all about "recent results", Alliance has been terrible for such a long time, ok, they are showing SOME but thats about it, nothing more And DAC was only 2 months ago, thats like nothing And this exactly its why the invite system is the worst system ive seen in my life, especially when there are no clear rules

"How far back is relevant" isn't that difficult of a question imo, a natural cutoff point is TI4. Imo results after that should play some part of a role, but probably with more emphasis on recent results due to it being more telling of the team's current level. Also the teams have had roster changes in between. But even with just looking at recent results, Secret has overall been the strongest EU team before SL, which was their only real failure. They were 3rd at DAC, doing well in Dotapit, won Summit quals, won Redbull quals, qualified to SL even though they lost to Alliance. Granted LAN is more important than online play, but 2 bad bo3 performances is hardly a reason to just dismiss everything the team has done before that.
