I don't really get how Hillary is on 19 and Bernie is on 14 while it's 52.5% vs 47.4%. Is that based on what counties they won and some giving more than others? Also I take it the 38 delegates for Trump while everyone else has 0 on WashingtonPost are just not updated because South Carolina is only 35% done reporting? Or is that particular state winner takes it all?

Totalitarian governments in the long-run become swamped with incompetent bureaucrats and corruption. They are unsustainable as the rift between the masses and the central government become greater and greater. USSR stood no chance. China is biding its time but disgruntled citizens will demand reform as they become more politically aware. Eventually they will want a say in the destiny of their country. "Corruption" in the US is childsplay compared to what the Chinese are able to get away with.
