Since this whole topic degenerated into the usual balance flamefest where every topic ends up if unmoderated it's time for it to clean up. Locking this down for a while. I am pretty sure collosus doesn't deal 90 damage... and even if it did, you would have to targetfire infestors instead of zerglings or raches. AI won't do it for you. Also, zerg whining players, you must reralise that Blizzard doesn't nerf units only by looking on match statistics and replays. It is just not how you should play sc2. Terran or Protoss invests a lot of time and money into their end game units, and all zerg has to do is to use 100m 150g worth of unit to take over everything. | ||

1. Retarded a. 2 base Thor only allins for the win. b. Why should the Protoss have incentive to make HTs and micro? From my experience, if the toss is good with HTs control, the zerg shit his pants when the feedbacks hit; but whatever. It's good to nerf things we don't have much experience in playing with. EDIT. Maybe increase the energy cost of NP so not all the Infestors get so fast to enough energy to NP. 2. Destiny back to mid master where he belongs. I think fungal nerf is ok. Also, maybe nerf Infested Terran. PS. I am a very light Infestor user. | ||

In that matchup, Zerg currently is the race who can most effectively counter because the speed of its units, it is the race which can remax the quickest because of its macro mechanics, AND it is the race with the most powerful late game unit composition. Even if we don't see this change go through, I believe there will be another made to ensure that when a maxed P army and a maxed Z army clash, the P army will win almost every time. | ||

I don't get why Blizzard keeps patching balance issues, when what they need to do is to adress the spectator issue. They must make Protoss interesting to spectate. Now I can't watch any PvT or PvZ just because how un-esport it feels watching the design of P. For a start, I have one idea: Make it so that feedback can be used on every unit, not just the ones that have mana. If you feedback a non-mana unit, nothing happens but the feedback energy of 50 is wasted anyways. Why this change? This will not adress balance, but make Protoss a tad more interesting to spectate, since it will separate the real skilled P players from the rest. Now you can not shift-click the minimap 10 times to do miracle feedbacks on all enemy energy units, but you need actual skill to pull it off, and that will enhance the spectator experience. Now, I just can't sit in awe watching "pro" Protoss players pull of "insane" micro, just because there is none. Changes like these and other small non balance changes will give us spectators so thrills even when watching Protoss games. | ||
