The Good:
EffOrt at 5 (Insane risk-reward possibility here; if he starts hot, he can push Hydra out for the top spot.
Kal at 4 (Same situation as last FPL season with FBH, he could be revitalized and prove to be a major threat for Ace)
FBH at 4 (Smaller risk-reward for him, but he's still the same guy who made Airforce-heavy teams with Iris and PianO the top points gained per point invested teams this year)
CBNC:
Shine at 3 (Streaky as hell, but if you need a low-point performer, WHY NOT?)
The Bad
Jangbi at 6 (We still do not know for sure if his OSL form is still there, but being the 2nd player in a team that's on the bubble is worth anyone's salt.)
Killer at 6 (Team 8's second Z, he is likely to be either player 4 or 5 in their line-up, and possibly 3rd if BaBy slumps; however his prior season might have been helped by not always facing top-tier players)
Mind at 5 (As KT's second T and most likely to be either 3rd or 4th best player, he is likely to be fielded, but might be affected by the KT Curse)
CBNC:
Wooki and great at 3 and RorO at 5 (RorO WILL once again be the destroyer of FPL teams, being the top Khan Z, but it all depends on who he'll face. Wooki will end up having play time IMO, but not as much as C-H and Action, his 3 pts reflects his true value, but he can easily be worth 5 or 1 depending on how often he gets fielded. great, well, he'll get a LOT of play time, but he's probably the weakest lead Z in all the teams in PL)
The Ugly
Bogus at 7 (Seriously, STX's lead player is this expensive? If he was a 6 I'd give him a fair shake, but being slotted to face players of TLBS level isn't the best for your win-rate)
Jaehoon at 6 (Could be the next RorO, be wary of his performance if you want to risk him, I think he would be worth it if he were at a 5)
Horang2/Snow at 6 (I seriously think that he won't be played as much, since I still think Movie is the top P for CJ, and that EffOrt will perform enough to shift the team from a 1 Z, 1 T, 3 P line (Hydra, Leta, Movie, Horang2, Snow) to a 2 Z, 1 T, 2 P setup with EffOrt taking games from both Snow and Horang2 equally.
CBNC:
Jaedong at 10 (Really you ask? All I'll say is that his vZ won't give him the points needed for him to be worth 10. A 9 would have suited him better.)

Main Team
4  firebathero (captain) - Firebathero is the hero of my heart. I always watch his games, ALWAYS. He's the reason I started liking bw.
3 Classic - I put classic on my team so that Cheep wouldn't be the only person with an STX player on their fantasy team.
10 Flash - CSheep laughed at me for picking Flash but he's an STX fan so his opinion means nothing.
3  Grape - I like his name, and I think he's a very solid protoss, especially PVP/PVZ
3  great - ACE's only zerg with GGaemo gone, he'll be sent out all the time even if he doesn't win alot. Free points.
2 Piano - I remember watching pianos games after winners league and they were some of the most fun TvZs I've seen in a long time, I mostly put him here because of that, and because I think he's a strong player that ace is more often that not going to send out.
5 KT Rolster - I think KT is probably the strongest team in this bo5 format, even moreso than SKT1. Plus SKT1 is the devil.
Anti Team
1 oDin Odin never plays. It's a pretty easy pick for 0 points all season.
4 s2 I don't think I've ever watched a game that s2 actually won, plus, he's an SKT1 zerg. Who would put an SKT1 zerg on their main team.
8 Stork Sigh... I feel so dirty putting Stork on my anti-team, but he has had such a bad performance for someone that it supposed to be Khan's ace. He consistently loses to people he just SHOULDNT lose to, like roro and guemchi. Seriously wtf.

Damn, points get quite restrictive when you have to fit Bisu and T1 in.  A lot will depend on how much wooki plays / performs, otherwise I'm way too top heavy and like 50% of my points depend on Bisu anyway. Not that I would ever have it any other way.
I don't know about the anti-team yet, Jaehoon had a bit of a resurgence last year but meh.

Expensive:
Fantasy at 8- He was extremely inconsistent last season in regular proleague matches. I don't think he's worth 8, certainly not worth more than Sea and Movie.
Bogus at 7- Bogus will win games but his team probably won't win many matches.
Snow at 6- Bo5 format and he's about CJs 6th choice player atm. He won't get that many games if Movie and Horang2 carry over their good form from last season.
*And a warning to anyone thinking about putting Jaehoon or Roro on their anti-teams. Just don't do it.

I don't know why, but my team is going to be amazing, despite the fact that this is the first ever fantasy PL I participate in, and I base my decisions purely on which players I like personally. I have learned that you cannot have your Bisu and eat Flash too.

Alright, so i'm taking a huge risk here, plus I kinda sux at FPL, but I have a disturbing faith in Woongjin Stars,
Effort is a steal and selfexplenatory, Light is a good solid terran and not too expensive, bound to play alot so I put him as cap'n, Soulkey and killer are my picks for points, its going to be fairly zerg heavy out there and I have alot of faith in Killer's ZvZ and recent resurgence. Soulkey should be able to pick up some decent kills aswell, alas that means that I don't have many points left so I will have to take a huge mfing risk with Woongjin stars, I don't intend to win this but SKT and the like as they are too expensive. So I picked Guemchi cause stars(lol) plus you know never forget the Guemchi Bonwja.
It was a tossup between Iris and FBH but I think IRIS is more scary.
Anti-team
GGmaeo, I think with the addition of Great and the strength of the other players that ggaemo will fall back
Skyhigh is a sniper, and with the huge stack of Entus I don't see him playing alot, granted entus will win games but I doubt we will see him.
Snow is my 6 pointer, again Entus will probably win games but I doubt that Snow will play alot, they got Horang2 and Movie, Effort, Leta, Hydra. I don't think Ill see him play much and even if he does I doubt he will win alot.
So there you go, my (failed) attempt at PL, I might change alot of stuff if I can figure out how to squeeze Woongjin stars out of here and put another team there, but that would probably mean drastic line-up changes
Thinking of Jaehoon but I don't think he is strong enough to face off against the large amount of A players currently running around. Killer is risky but I have faith in him.
I don't think this is going to work but.....

went for mostly safe picks in the main team, bisu is proleague god, but without ace match i wonder if going for any 10 pointers will be worth it this season. my gut is saying no, but last season all 10 point players paid for themselves anyways even if they slumped. Wondering though if snatching up Effort for only 5 points is worth dropping someone in my team though >.<
going with FBH cuz he was a beast last season and I think he's still got it in him.
soO and Soulkey were big time bosses last year and I think they can do the same definitely worth their costs.
anyppi and rock were my dead weights, just tried to spread the team count with those two picks, and capitalize on their respective teams earning me whatever points I can during the season.
Gotta go for Team 8 for the team. With no Ace match, bo5, and the sick lineup of jaedong, sea, baby, jaehoon, i just can't NOT seeing them destroy every team this season. I want KT to win it again cuz i'm a huge KT fanboy and flash lover, but without Ace matches allowing flash to play twice, a megateam like team 8 will just be too dominant imo.
anti team is basically the same as Djagulingu, except i think soO will be good, and Kal will continue to fail this season. Calm and free were just never anything solid from last season and am hoping they continue to faulter.
i'm just hoping to break top 100 this season, any top 20 finish would be amazing to me =D YAY PROLEAGUE!

Fantasy? RUSRS? Yes, I am. I expect him to bounce back from that Jangbi loss with a vengeance. After all, he's the BEST 2nd player for a team, edging out Sea by enough to make him worth the 8 points. I can always trade out for Sea/Bogus (unlikely) if he's being flunky this early season.
FBH (FUCK YEAH, ANOTHER FBH STEAL! Seriously, he'll have another yeoman season leading Ace, who finally have a halfway decent first team.)
Kal (Obviously this season's gamble, he can make or break my team by either continuing on his freefall slump, or break out of it for IMO one last time and pull Ace comfortably into playoff contender territory.)
Soulkey (My safe bet. He'll do great work as the second Z behind ZerO (though I deem him better), and will generally be worth it as a player.)
Wooki (A gamble, but smaller, as I'm counting on him to replace either Action or C-H as one of the top 5 for KT, and get some wins. He showed he can perform when it matters, but he needs to prove himself in shifting KT away from being streaky-zerg heavy, also free points for KT wins as captain)
Team ACE! (No loss here, all upside in getting them, I'm sure their trade value will be higher than STX at the end of all this.)
(Worth considering for this Lineup: Leta for Soulkey or Iris for Wooki; Sea/Bogus for Fantasy/Soulkey
If you're feeling adventurous go RorO)
Anti Team? Obviously STX-biased; I think Calm and Shuttle are in deep doo-doo, and that free is the best option left amongst the 4 pt players (s2/soO streaks will KILL anti-teams).

Effort for 5 points I cant let it slide.
Firebathhero- one of my fav players and for sure ace will send him pretty much every game!
Stork- no FPL that i did not pick the dino toss. Pretty consistent and enjoyable to watch.
Samsung Khan- best deal at 3 points..
Anti team
Juni- how i wish juni cost 13 points.. did not see him win a single game
Movie- this is a gamble but from what the pro said the maps are bad for protoss.
Jaehoon- same

Wooki is gonna be such a popular pick this season, he was praised by flash and he showed alot of potential last season.
Effort is gonna be a win or loose with those 5 points, personally I think he is underpriced because of his potential but I think he will underperform (Hydra is the CJ zerg boss right now, only 1 zerg can rule in CJ)
I expect Calm to have a resurge and bogus to be steady but underperforming for STX..
SKT1 will remain the same undtil fantasy or bisu slumps.
I cant tell how CJ and team 8 will do, basically they can only underperform with how many A class players they have present

I will be the first to admit that I'm Effort's biggest fan, but from an FPL perspective, I don't think there's any way that he earns 5 this season. CJ has three set-in-stone starters in Hydra, Leta, and one of the Protoss, and I don't think it's likely at all that Effort gets sent out and wins that often. Hope he proves me wrong and wrecks my anti-team, though.

The team's namesake, and my captain every season, Always solid in PL and that is exactly what you want in a captain and I expect no different this time around. 7 points is a reasonable price for him too, he should be playing practically every match for T8 and they should be winning a good amount of their games.
6 Light
I have something of a soft-spot for Light as ex-MBC and he is very good. Comfortably Woongjin's #1 terran I expect a lot of playtime, and Woongjin seem like they'll be scrapping on the borders of playoffs so they'll be picking up wins for sure, with a slight chance to place highly.

This is the choice I am most uncomfortable with, as this is based purely on rumours and I hate doing this kind of stuff. But if those rumours of him getting back Into his groove in no time and being at the top of the in house rankings then surely he'll get lots of playtime and lots of wins, right... right?

Ok then, great. He should see a good amount of appearances for ACE as he is their best zerg, probably won't win a lot, but I'm paying 3 points so yea.

Wooki looked super promising for FOX previously, and now he's on KT, and as such I expect him to pick up a decent amount of points for team wins and he should see some playtime, let's hope the KT coach liked him as much as the FOX one did.

1 Point, on CJ who are guaranteed top 2 I think, and maybe they'll let him out to play when they come up against Ace.
Team 8
Team 8, stupidly stacked lineup, if coached well, I see them fighting for top 2 with CJ, should be guaranteed mega points here.

I've Never been convinced by Action, and I hope with the acquisition of Mind and Wooki by KT, combined with HoeJJa and Perfective doing well, he will see a lot of bench time, and if he does play, I have him looking at 30%ish winrate for the season.
4 Reality
He isn't very good. Granted, he is on KHAN, so will probably see a lot of playtime because of Janutroll, but he also should be losing, he isn't going to get to play against rookies like he would in a BO7 so will struggle hard I think.

Putting ggaemo on my anti a couple seasons back destroyed me, and here I am giving it Another go, he will probably see a reasonable amount of playtime, but in a similar vein to Reality, the quality of opposition is going to increase with less games, and the quality of ACE has increased, so we may actually see less playtime from him now I'm thinking about it.
edit: Changed my mind, back to Team 8 from Stars, and great over Calm
