You can make a lot of ~115-120 point teams while only using $28 or so--the only reason Stork is on there is because the high-performing cheap players are SO CHEAP that their costs don't add up to $30

Ok. I don't know if I can watch proleague anymore. Its going to be too painful seeing how badly my FPL team would have raped everyone.

i'm pretty sure the map pool has something to do with it because protoss complained so much last season about imbalance in the maps.

FPL is over, round 1 ended.
FPL R2 is not happening due to coding issues which will hopefully be fixed by R3.

It is over. This was a rather short season because there were less teams.
I hope next round will be be a bit longer, maybe 2 or 3 rounds of PL. But until then it will be quite a bit because they are still busy fixing the programm code.

Yea, with only 8 games per team per round, trades become a less desirable option (limited trade options due of the overpowering consideration of games remaining for players, and less potential/time to benefit from trades - the cost becomes more significant as well) in FPL, and consequently the playability of FPL suffers significantly as the round is running. A 2 round (at least) FPL would allow for more flexibility/maneuverability and opportunity to gain from trades.
3 would be interesting: bigger upside and more opportunity for trades, but less opportunity to reset if you choose a bad team - although I'm not sure how big a consideration that should be given that: 1) a greater opportunity and better upside for trades would also benefit poor/average teams to some significant extent as well, and 2) It seems to be pretty easy to choose a good team as long as you make objective picks - choosing at least an average team should be immanently possible.) In that same vein, an even longer (3+ PL rounds) FPL round is also an interesting idea, for the same reasons stated above; There would be a contrast between the factors, but overall it seems reasonable to assume that a longer FPL round, is going to benefit the people who play FPL the best (people who choose a good team initially but make poor trades (or no trades) are less likely to win, and people who incidentally happen to choose initially underperforming or average/poor teams, but make good objective trades during the season, are more likely to win - in other words skilled participants are more likely to win, less skilled participants should be less likely to win, and luck might play a lesser role (again, the luck involved (and its impact) in choosing a team is hard to quantify (given the mitigating factors mentioned earlier) but potentially still a significant one.
Is there somewhere on TL, where the Round 2 PL player statistics will be listed (line up appearances, wins, etc)?
(only round 2, not round 1 and 2 combined)
