I guess livedoor doesn't like Brazilians... Edit: You can at least sign up for UStream and use the chatbox. =) He can at least respond to you in between games.

Perhaps Team Liquid could petition Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo to add a Team Liquid channel/selection/option thing? Actually from what I've been told, people in Japan aren't very competitive with each other, the prefer single player games and such. It's just their culture, so the SC2 scene wouldn't pick up very well over there. Where as in the US where competition is more important than air it's self (and I guess Korea ^_^) SC2 is thriving. But I can see any Japanese progamers interested probably moving to Korea to practice. Oh and good luck to those who do! Japan Fightiiing:D

A lot of interest in RPGs, fighting games, console games in general, and surprisingly TBS (turn-based strategy) games, but not much in RTS.

They're definitely top-tier in fighting game, similar how Korea is with Starcraft in comparison to the rest of the world. Their annual SBO is the easily the largest and most prestigious fighting game tournament in the world. Anyways, it'll be interesting to see how the Japanese play SC2, though I'm not expecting much at this point.

According to a documentary, lots of young people hate the English class the most. Also, for those who are living in Japan and are interested in joining the tournament, here is some info about it: http://cyac.jp/jec#sc2 On March 11 2011 12:13 SDream wrote: This error appears when I try to comment on his board site. 外人差別!!!!
