I watched the entire game and I was not overly impressed with ANYONE's play. After the game, everyone is patting each other's backs and saying, "yeah, that was great how you pulled that off! You're a great player" or "that was some great analysis. You really got that right." NO! EVERYONE ELSE FUCKED UP. I'm so mad. =( LMAO, this is exactly what I felt. Of course, then we had Kenpachi consistantly voting mafia, but no one listened to him :S

By the way, what was with that "I gained confidence" thing that he said at the end?

If you're FUCKING town, then put a little bit of thought into it, understand it and then go along with it, you shallow-minded fools. Don't make him explain himself. That negates the point of his move. He had a role which allowed him to take that risk. He took one for the team but you guys lynched him for it.

Lynch All Liars is a pro-town policy that is designed to stop unneeded confusion. You do not make up roleclaims in situations like that. Maybe in the end game where it can help you avoid a lylo or where you can protect someone very important but in his situation, LAL is the best policy.

By the way, if you remember, I was the Self-Conscious Lazy Vigilante who could send in a hit during the daytime. If I was wrong and got a Blue, I would instantly commit suicide. I was so convinced that Pandain was a Red that if you guys hadn't killed me the first night, I would have killed him and proven that his "supporters" were mafia. =(

The moment Aeres claimed I was pretty certain it was a fakeout, but he still got lynched for it.

Thats a metagame policy, and in reality, no one cares about the metagame. You only care about insane mafia. All the other games don't matter. You should have let Ares live, he obviously didn't know about LaL, so it wasn't effective

You were the only guy in the game at that time that I thought, "this dude has to be fucking town". When Ace was going for LAL and some others supported, I came out and explained why Aeres could do a fake role claim as a Townie. I even pointed out the clues related to the Cruise Ship Captain role, which very possibly means the role exists and Aeres wasn't bull shitting about it. Town still lynched him, and I got myself mod killed for not being able to vote ;(

Even if a townie is found out to have lied and the rest of town isn't sure whether or not to lynch him, it's way too easy for scum to push LAL and influence the town and come out with a free lynch. Do not lie.

Unless you can get the LAL policy in every single game, as a general consensus, this will never be the best policy, and will only be abused by the Mafia as a scapegoat.

While I did vote to lynch Aeres (-_-) I didn't think it was the best choice. LAL will be very abused by scum if we keep it as a general policy.

Yeah, okay, it's designed to help the town. However, if somewhere along the way, you should apply a little bit of the critical thinking that you, no doubt, have been developing throughout your life. Whenever any move that you don't understand is made, you should stop and think, "hmm... why did that guy do that?" PUT SOME THOUGHT INTO YOUR GAME. Instead, most of the town started demanding answers. "Hey, I know that I could figure this out for myself, but I really like Hollywood movies where they tell you everything. If I wanted to think, I'd go do schoolwork. So, um... yeah, tell me everything." Do you know who this benefits? MAFIA. THEN, when he goes and explains himself, some idiots realize that they've been lied to. OMG. It's the end of the world. Let's panic, run around in circles, fall on the ground, beat your chest, tear your clothes, light your torches and grab your pitchforks. How about, YOU 'calm the fuck down' and show some restraint. Use some common sense. Yeah, he lied. Okay, DEAL WITH IT. Lynch All Liars is a good general rule if you think that the lie was designed to hurt the town. This was a lie designed to protect the bodyguard and DrH. Edited: to take out harsh words.

Unless it was done in a special scenario. Not following LAL just opens up opportunities to confuse and for scum to openly lie and get away with it imo. But everyone's entitled to an opinion. Yeah, this post was not directed at kingjames. You have to stop being aggressive, especially when you didn't make it past day 1. I don't care what you think about this game. I don't care what you think about my play. I don't even care if you're a smurf, why don't you just take it down a notch and talk in a readable manner that doesn't disgust me just by skimming it?
