At least Razer will fix mine if I ask! hahaha Seriously though this sucks. I'm assuming you've tried saving an email and sending the same one like 3 times a day to swifty? I'm sure he'd notice eventually...

I had a motherboard from Intel go out that I got in something like this and they wanted Proof of Purchase but allowed an RMA when I explained the situation. Razer is being sort of dumb here...

If I get a few e-mails per week, I make a mental note to get things sorted out with razer - as I feel worse for poor raelcun I come closer to actually dealing with the matter. If I get 3 e-mails per week, I just block the ungrateful bastard. Dear lord, I didn't even have to do the right thing when he made that video response, I could have just ignored it and here he is wanting another mouse!? Razer's "bet" (warranty) was with me, the gift-giver, so what do i care if the thing broke?

My understanding talking to Swifty the first time was he wasnt really involved in sc2 and didnt post on TL cuz he didnt even know anything about livestreams which have been a big feature on TL. If you are Swifty then let me clarify Im not mad at you but more of the silliness on Razer's end o.0 but why is it unreasonable to want warranty to exchange my mouse?

I would probably have chucked it out the window if i got turned down by Razor instead of trying to get proof of purchase from Swifty. Like that you actually made a youtube vid and posted it, that should get his attention. Good luck, i understand why you want the warranty, i also try to ask for proof of purchase when i win stuff, if nothing else it helps if you want to sell whatever it is you win.

Another possible moral of this story, dont only have one mouse. Buy an IME 3.0 as backup

Do you people not read? | ||

I really do hope you get your Proof of Purchase or, alternatively, Razer decides to just be the nice guy here

Anyway, I hope Swifty eventually responds and you get the help you need. Either way, what is good is that you probably won't ever make that same mistake again. Good luck! Edit: Oh, doesn't he have like a manager or someone who represents him that you can contact? I mean, there must be some way of reaching him if it's important.

Might want to check that out, sorry if it has already been posted I gotta bail rq. yeah thats what i was gonna say. i have a razer mouse and it's had that issue before. resetting the firmware and getting the drivers reupdated again completely fixed it for me and i know its a problem that happens from time to time. but yeah if that doesnt work its certainly time to get a new one. hope you get it fixed or can get ahold of swifty. try going through the whole resetting thing, wipe the drivers from ur PC and unplug the mouse and hold left right and middle click down for like a minute to reset it. i think thats how it works and reinstall all of it fresh and see if it works. it's worth a shot at least.

It's clearly a hardware issue seeing as if you remove the drivers altogether it still doubleclicks. I've already reinstalled hte drivers tons of times and just for hte record zero response from Swifty so I"m going to bother Razer some more.
