aka. The Secret in their Eyes Movies like these make me wish I were fluent in spanish. Just from the subtitles, you can tell the dialogue is really amazing but I'm sure a lot of it lost its full meaning as it was translated.

The reflecting skin......Just watch it. A quote from someone off imdb So dark, it makes Blue Velvet almost feel like a romantic comedy!,

I'm usually not a huge fan of documentaries but the pacing of this was so good it felt more like a thriller. I'd definitely check it out even if you don't really care about dolphins. It also got a 96 on rotten tomatoes

I guess it doesnt fail to evoke emotion tho, but I'd have to recommend people to not watch this ^^

Loved this movie, great soundtrack as well. I can attest to this. Woke a bit of the "Mononoke feeling" in me (although this is not an anime).

Watched this movie a couple days ago, and it blew my fuckin mind. Two documentarians are dropped into the Korangal Valley in Afghanistan, dubbed the most dangerous place in the world by CNN for one year. It's so brutal and visceral, it'll keep you on the edge of your seat for the whole movie. The movie does not have any political views, nor does it try to justify the war on terror. I'm a huge fan of action films and I love a good firefight in a movie, but as the movie progressed, I was hoping that the soldiers did not encounter another firefight. The movie sticks with you long after you watch it, please go and watch it. The movie is only out in select theaters in New York and Los Angeles. The only theater in Los Angeles that screens it is the Landmark, so it's pretty low key. It had a 98% rating from RT last time i checked. http://www.restrepothemovie.com
