Immortal needs to be nerfed now. Seriously.

Meh, I'm fine with the marauder nerf, but what the hell is a 5 second reduction going to do for the siege tank? On the faster setting that's only 2-3 seconds in real time. I expected at least from 50 to 40.
I'm, however, EXTREMELY pleased with the roach/hydralisk nerfs.

I'm very curious about how this will effect void rays I'm probably the biggest void ray abuser there is.

It could be that they wanted to change the formatting from plain text to HTML.

void rays are nerfed when you're talking about transient combat if it's the same amount of time to reach FULLY charged.
If it took say 2 minutes to reach fully charged, previously you would have 1 minute of attack at low strength and then another minute of attack at medium strength before reaching fully charged. Now it's an entire 2 minutes of attack at low strength.
Once void rays reached fully charged, yes, then the new void rays are better... ish, it's slightly more dps at fully charged for 1 less armor and 50 more minerals.

The just took down the Patch 7 is now live sticky on the beta forums....

This. What's the point of improving mech if terrans can't use it anyways?

Stalkers are more of a threat to T then immortals. Use EMP...

Would rather see tanks cost less gas or have some +armor dmg bonus while in siege to deal with roaches a little better, 5seconds off build time doesn't address the issues with the tank
what the FUCK are you talking about? I hardly consider 50 additional minerals "a lot more". Also, now with only 2 attacks, they will charge up even faster.
Oh and learn to read, they DO do more damage.
it says they take just as long to charge up, you should learn to read too

I think the change to marauders might work out to not be a bad thing, hard to say. I don't know why they changed void rays though

Dustin Browder
Q. Do you agree that the Zerg currently suffers from a lack of diverse army composition, and if so what are your plans to fix it?
A. Yes, we are looking at the Zerg diversity issue. We are working to make the Infestor a more core part of more match-ups. We will continue to moniter the use of Banelings, Roaches, Hydras, Zerglings, Mutalisks and Corruptors to make sure the Zerg army remains diverse in each match-up.
You know it's coming...

I'm waiting for the patch that says:
"All races + All hard counters removed + 70% low to high ground hit rate"
|
I wouldn't mind if tanks did less damage to light and bonus damage to armored while in seige mode.
|
Oh man with that transfusion buff Dual queen drop got a lot stronger no? I'm dying to see a pro try this strat

You know it's coming... I might be wrong but wasn't this interview right before they actually nerfed the infestor? Seems like Browder isn't exactly updated on how the balance team currently thinks about the game.
