great banner man Expecting Flash to win, but I liquibetted Jaedong (I did this before the OSL final TT, way too early) and I'll be cheering for Jaedong too.

It is all in the main post, Flash is a crazy TvZ player who just destroy's zergs with his extremely strong macro and unit movement, not to mention his ability to still micro his marines while doing that. Jaedong is more of a ZvP player who can crush any toss who dare builds a first pylon without gg'ing. He isn't that great at ZvT (compared to flash's record that is, he still owns at it in general) and has already lost to Flash twice recently. Of course both players are crazy good at their mirror matchups in addition to being all-around decent players and I am happy to see both here facing off in what is going to be the most epic Bo5 ever. I wish there was a Toss player good enough to match either of these guys, but alas toss has been a sorry race recently. (I would like to see Flash surprise the hell out of Jaedong and mech in the first game.)

Wow, this can be a double-edged sword for him, either that he is inexperienced in those or he have something deadly up on his sleeves. Flash have played on all of them which give Jaedong more insight. Flash currently has a very brutal play style against zergs, I don't know what insight you're talking about here. Flash has mixed up his play so much in TvZ that Jaedong basically has to prepare for everything he can possibly think of. The fact that Jaedong hasn't played any of these maps on the grand stage is more of a hinderence i'd think.

Mutas are good, timing pushes are good, lategame Zerg is good. Jury's still out on match point. SKT1 Terrans hate it, others seem to like it. Who knows.

It's very unlikely JD would be practicing against mech at all, so to throw that at him in the first game might throw JD off the rest of the match.
