Some might have, but I'm mostly curious if people have experience with it, since it is quite common within different kinds of sports.

Whenever I went to bed it would take me 30min-1hour to be able to sleep cause my legs were so 'hurting'. I also only slept for like 5hours a night. (I did that for 2years straight). Now I quit my job got back in school, sleep 7-8hours a day and my legs don't hurt anymore at all. I'm not a professional but... I think I know the feeling and I believe you just need to give your legs plenty of rest... When I quit my work I still felt my legs for at least 3more months, though they weren't ever feeling cold... They just ached a lot. mainly the shins. I think if you give your legs enough rest it will go away eventually (mental stress can possibly be an additional facctor here as well, since it eats up your energy/ability to recover) I think the meds won't do you any good either. Again, I'm not an expert. I hope they recover and turn back to normal soon.

But still doesnt seem to get any better. I feel I'm wasting my money on him, he also told me not to take the meds the doctor gave me (which I agree, since I'm no big fan of meds in general, I believe they can do more harm than good, and in this case, the meds arent THAT important. I feel like doctors give away meds to get rid of me. First of all, you shouldnt think that low of modern medicine:-p On the other hand, Voltaren products (aka Diclofenac) are only painkillers and anti-inflammatory stuff, so its not going to solve the source of the problem. Also, If you are so conscious about the possibility of the doctor just trying to get rid of you, you should also note how the physiotherapist has a similarly vague reason to keep you around, as you pay him based on attending, not the actual result. So if you dont start getting better at all, I suggest you see an other doctor for a second opinion, if possible. (I dont have any experience with the actual problem.)

What movements or joint articulations hurt? How much exercise did you do exactly? Pictures (googled pics marked work) are highly preferable.

I eat alot of raw vegetables and other healthy fish and stuff. Tho I guess I could be better. any suggestions? I pretty much did like 3 hours intensive exercices (soccer) during a weekend 3 days in a row. The last day i felt very bad in my legs, I still keept going. And the days after I couldnt even kick a ball or run. So I just had to give up. I usually dont excerices this much at all, since I'm used to sit on my comp most of the time. Trying to change this, and I love sports, I tried, but ended up with this

This is a possibility, the OP should focus on nutrients for recovery and maybe adjust your diet. Have you asked/searched for what marathon runners or bikers do to fight off this? This is pretty common stuff as it's relative to your lifestyle. If your body isn't use to doing some higher level of exercise (even over a period of time), it's going to hurt. I had this happen to me earlier this past summer when I started playing basketball and jogging again, my legs would hurt after 2 weeks and the pain would eventually go away after I took a break and rubbed down my legs after exercise. But what you describe doesn't sound typical, because unless you are severely out of shape, the pain goes away after a few weeks max. Maybe ask for the Doctor to take a look with something, like a scan?
