instead of spamming the fitness initiative thread i thought it probably better to write most of my entries here.
IF YOU ARE SKINNY AND TALL, HAVE ENDLESS STICK-LIKE LIMBS AND RIBS THAT STICK OUT AND A FLAT CHEST, THEN MAYBE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN FOLLOWING MY BLOG AND COPYING ME!!!!!!
6-12 months ago i was
188cm (6'2'' ) 69kg (152 lbs)
i had been working out my biceps and triceps a bit in my home gym, not eating anything, and drinking excessively as always (to the point of developing a terrible anxiety disorder that still remains).
my physical appearance is that of a 6'2'' artosis (more ugly and probably more acne tho). i'm now 76kg.
since coming to university 4 weeks ago and having a local gym, i have started training on a modified Starting Strength program. a week or two ago i realised how important diet is, and am now aiming to consume ~3500+ calories a day (mostly milk - 5.5 litres yesterday).
i am going to transform my body (i dont mean making myself become lactose intolerant)
I WOULD LIKE TO ADD....skiny lanky guys....maybe we have shitty genetics and feel sorry for ourselves and wonder if we truely ever can be buff..... look at it this way:
it might take a lot longer for us to "fill up" because we are boney and tall. but our POTENTIAL is AWESOME...because we are TALL!!!! our metre long wrists might take 3x as long to bulk up compared to a small guy, but we will look damn more bigger and more impressive when we FINALLY DO.
i think probably the key thing i want to say here is that, after a shitload of ineffective and effective research, i now have a precise formula/routine that will DEFINATELY make me look awesome and big and no longer skinny. its ONLY a matter of time now.
i think maybe the biggest drawback to improving your physical appearance is:
1. knowledge - knowing that VERY SIMPLE magic formula. 2. facilities - im lucky coz i have a gym 5 minutes away 3. money - to buy milk and pay the rent
IF YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND THINK YOU LOOK LIKE A WEEDY BOY WHO WOMEN PROBABLY LAUGH AT IF YOU TOOK YOUR TOP OFF...AND YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE A MATURE AND MANLY MAN...THEN JOIN MY CRUSADE!!!!!!! THE DAYS ARE COUNTING UNTIL I HAVE GONE FROM SKINNY TO BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
btw violetek has new vods

Hey man! I've been working out for 5 years now, I've gone from 47 Kg to 70 kg. Keep it up!

How the hell do you consume 5.5 Litres of milk in one day?
|

probably your intake....APPARENTLY (all websites) we require 2800 kcal/day to MAINTAIN our current bodyweight. you need 3500 to increase your bodyweight (slowly). unless you start adhearing to this you will NEVER EVER get bigger.
why isnt 3500kcal difficult?
COZ A BOTTLE (2LITRES) OF (WHOLE) MILK CONTAINS 1200 KCAL
WOW
now you have your 2 bottles of milk, next to your computer or wtvr. sip, sip, sip, sip.
OH WHATS THAT? TIME FOR BED AND I HAVENT HAD ENOUGH CALORIES TODAY??
just down some more milk...NO PROBLEM!!!!
(actually it is a problem and you feel full up all the time but wtvr, soon you'll start "number chasing" your bottles of milk anyway (if you've ever played an MMO or RPG you'll know what i mean))
|
Thats too much milk and dairy for me, Two cups of milk or less is normal IMO.

i might not be right in saying this but...
NO MAN !!!!! dont cut the weight. you can utilise that energy in your workouts. when people train muscles they EAT LIKE A PIG to provide their body with energy (like i'm having to). YOU already have this AWESOME advantage!!! FAT PEOPLE ARE GREAT!!!! just get to the gym!!!!! (only thing u have to do is make sure ur eating protein). once you're muscular you can think about cutting weight - overwise you're gonna kick yourself in the future for wasting time!!!

All that saturated fat?!?!? OH LORD!

I was exactly like that in high school, 6'5" and 74kg (~163lbs). Now i'm 6'5" and 94kg. Both my physical appearance and physical strength have improved sooo much it's crazy.
|
i could only buy skimmed milk (950 kcal) today (shops here are retarded)
on the carton it says 1.5g fat /100ml = 30g / 2 litres. i dont think thats very much
and who gives a FUCK ?? do u wanna get big or not?? you can worry about your fat% a year or two down the line. (or you can get a fucking job so you dont have to drink milk all the time)

Edit: found a couple pictures. These weren't really ever meant to be compared, and they aren't the same camera angle. But the obvious difference from Skinny nerd -> Normal bodyweight is wierd to look at.
Before: Sometime around Sophomore/Junior year, age 16 or maybe 17.
After: Age 22. (Philosopher ftw)
Edit: Because it's already camwhoring, here is what i looked like after waking up from the 3rd Sleep Deprivation Challenge
