A friend of the family apparently trimmed down her waist/stomach region very noticeably by doing lots (100+) of stomach crunches daily, might be something to look into. Where in Jersey are you going to be? I'm in NYC everyday for work, right by NY Penn. Would be cool to finally be part of a TL meetup of sorts. | ||

Just eat a well rounded diet, make sure you're getting all your vitamins, and avoid deep fried food, chicken skin, fudge... whatever. You can have a perfectly tasty and normal diet if you just start eating lots of fruit and bread and other normal things. If you're really that concerned, I would ask a nutritionist to give you advice on what your personal ideal weight should be (in terms of health), and what are healthy ways of achieving it. EDIT: if you really feel like snacking inbetween meals you should snack on fruits or healthy food like celery. | ||

Just eat alot of celery when you get bored! That really helps when you get the midnight munchies! | ||
