Luxury (during live games) surpasses Jaedong in only one area in my opinion, and that is the ability to play unorthodox rush games.

Yeah, but in practice he should definitely be the second best zerg.
I mean I don't know who else to put up there.

I think jaedong has pretty much the best zvp out there, maybe july has better understanding of the game, but jaedongs mechanics makes up for it.

The only zerg I could say that could teach JD anything about ZvP is probably July

6set: what a garbage game from Spear, but skyhigh played great.
Spear seriously must have forgotten he had a robo after his first shuttle - I never saw him clear a single mine with obs, and no reavers either. My god did he ever lose a lot of goons to lone mines...
This game was out of Spear's control the moment he decided to let 6 vultures in his base by chasing 2 tanks across the map with his entire army. And the attacks on skyhigh's nat were never anything but a waste of units
Hwaseung definitely could have used BackHo here T___T

Everything just went right when it needed too for CJ...
JD, of all people, trying to get revenge on Skyhigh and cheesing, Oz coach choosing to use Spear...-.-...yeah
Seriously at least use Backho, he's better than Spear for sure

Calm down on JD for 5-pooling.
It was 3-0. Think about it.
5-pool: If SkyHigh does a cheese again, Jaedong will win easily.
If SkyHigh plays standard and Jaedong does better on micro, OZ wins outright.
If Jaedong loses, big deal. It's 3-1.
There was no downside at the time. SkyHigh just showed some amazing mind control in not letting the pressure get to him.
You could see that OZ planned to have their Protoss players 14 nex and try to ride the advantage to a win. It was a good plan, but SkyHigh played great and won anyway.

I love how CJ has such a well rounded lineup. It makes them to great to watch as a team. I was shaking in my boots after that third set, Jaedong looked really impressive. So happy to see that amazing Skyhigh comeback. CJ FIGHTING!

i was going to say something about how fantasy better practice hard to even touch jaedong (7 wins in a row up to that point) but then i saw skyhigh beat jaedong. then i saw skyhigh beat young. then spear. then the reverse allkill. against lecaf. i've been a fan of this guy since gom but seriously, he singlehandedly made me a fan of cj.

And, at that, the only thing I think July has up on Jaedong in ZvP is his insane tech switch timing. Everything else, JD is just as good, if not better.
July's aggressiveness does make for what looks like more dominating games when he wins, though.
