Have you already made the decision and is seeking validation? Or are you searching for genuine advice on the power of a character that buying constellations can bring? What is the value of money to you, or in more normal-speak what is your budget? For instance, I will never buy genesis crystals and primarily regard the usage of currency to collect characters, so I never have rolled on the weapon banner or intentionally tried to get constellations. I am simply not interested in increasing the power of an already acquired character using primogems/money. If you already made the decision to get constellations, I don't see the point of seeking validation from internet strangers. Your account is your account, no-one else's. If you want advice on the power of a character that constellations can bring, https://keqingmains.com/raiden/ says C1 is dps increase of 5-10%, C2 is 39% increase or total of 46-53%, and C3 is 15% or total of 78%. By way of comparison an R1 Engulfing Lightning will give 17%, but weapons are transferable. For all we know, you have no budget, and so acquiring constellations is unrealistic, or your budget is unlimited, making your question rather pointless.

Sounds like to me you had already made the decision to spend money but are just seeking validation for some reason.

He could had said "thanks for the answer" or "thanks for a well thought out post", or ignore it like he did for everybody else's answer, but instead he felt the need to pick my post out specifically to belittle it instead.

And I got Raiden Shogun C1... so I went "fuck it, we'll do it live" and went all-in and in another 50 rolls got a C2 >_> So I have a C2 Raiden now... I'm still shocked that it happened. I dunno how I am supposed to get Ayaka and Kazuha now within ~120 rolls, but I guess I'll just pray they're still far away, like 2-3 banners away...

If you want to keep overloading, Raiden,Bennet, Xiangling with Yae/Fischl or Anemo seem to provide similar levels of power. Raiden Hypercarry or Eula teams with Raiden, Bennett and Cryo battery seems to offer the same level or power as well, though of a different style.

Aboveground blows. I've lost track of the number of times I've had to scale these fucking cliffs. The jump pads help but they're so spread out that it's still a pain. I'd recommend using a portable teleporter somewhere up here, but there's so many heights you need to access that I'm not sure it's all that helpful in the end. The rock puzzles are either utterly braindead or easily cheesed. I've kinda come to expect this though. Underground is pretty cool. The way areas interconnect is nice, if impractical to actually use. The gadget mechanics are neat but ultimately kinda inconsequential, similar to Enkanomiya. The NPCs are decent but the plot for them is kind of underwhelming. Not much payoff to the buildup. As usual, the world quest writing is pretty good, and there's a decent amount of interesting ones. + Show Spoiler + I'm enjoying the Fatui ones in particular. It's a nice break from how utterly rote they tend to be in the main story. FYI, there is one particular teleporter in Dainsleif's quest that has a dumb activation area - it's not puzzle locked or anything, but it is really picky about where you are before you can activate it.

Story is IDK because I honestly skip everything that doesn't touch on the story with either Lumine/Aether, Khaeniah or the Archons so I dunno why apart from+ Show Spoiler + the Dainsleif quest The shower of primos is always fun to see, so far I've gathered easily ~1600 from the chests, quests and achievements, maybe even 2000. Hopefully, I'll restock some wishes for Ayaka in 16 days.

Aboveground chasm is a delight to look at visually, exploring not so much due to the abundance of high ground that can only be climbed in one direction. Many puzzles as usual take to to random places making you forget where you have explored already. Some underground areas in the overworld again-don't know why mihoyo keeps doing this, making it hard to navigate and find that artifact domain. Underground chasm is so multilevel, I don't understand why they don't have proper multilevel map. Some places look side by side but aren't or have tunnels leading to each other in unobvious places that you can't see on the map. As well as that some places have multiple routes, but you would never explore too deep in since the game only opens the fog a bit at a time. In that case, why even have multiple routes, just move the teleporters around instead. Poor map design. Some exploration/quests was annoying like a certain quest and certain Lumenspar being inaccessable to complete behind another quest, with the hint for it being rather obscure if you stumbled across the camp beforehand making you pointlessly search for a cup that isn't there. The archaic stone quest was pointless, might as well not have it and give you the rewards elsewhere. Blocks far more interesting conversation than him asking if you found enough archaic stones yet. One quest had a very good story: Zhiqiong's story + Show Spoiler + which went into the thoughts of an ordinary adventurer actively doing adventuring stuff and isn't incompetent over it, against a hostile world. Felt a much deeper connection to the girl and her story than that random Watatsumi island guy who I don't even cared he died Fatui quests were a nice addition in that it is a nice opportunity to admire the fatui models without them trying to kill you for once. Hopefully as the game goes on, you get to see all the models without them going hostile. Story doesn't really make much sense though since as Ningguang says, she only extracted "political concessions" from the Fatui, yet there there is an entire company (of 64 apparently) of Fatui cheered on by the citizens of Liyue when they went to their mission in the Chasm, then immediately treated as enemies right after the attack on Liyue incident. Which is kind of how it should had been. Meanwhile in Ganyu's quest, Fatui are treated like it's perfectly fine to let a Fatui go about their business eating food in your land. Don't really like how the story exposition unfolds in that you only found out what the fatui are doing in the chasm at the end of the quest. Strange that the Fatui makes a reference to another Harbinger, being in charge of the area but it was Childe who unleashed the attack on Liyue. Seems like clumsy writing. Apparently Shanghai, where Mihoyo offices are is in a very strict lockdown for the last 3 weeks so we may be seeing some delays in content.

One good thing about the teapot freeze, I've been able to spend all that on the weekly artfiact exp, purple exp books and mora and still have leftover to get the furniture recipes.
