the last 3 years have been a bit of a struggle for me; but now since the new year I have found again hope whiten, and I know that if I keep trying, eventually, some results will turn up, just like it was when I was laddering in bw.
I want to share, and if I can reach at least one person out there and maybe give them something that was passed on to me, to make my days easier, then it will be good.
Here is what I have been doing since the new years, several guided meditations:
what is a guided meditation? I would not know how to explain, its best if you feel like and have some time, experience it for yourself. In any case you control the buttons, so you can always turn it off and move to another tab if you decide its not for you right now. peace.
This first one is very generic, no extra music, no bs basically. This man guides us towards feeling our true feelings, but helping us detach and see them objectively, and to see that it is okay to feel what we feel, because its already here. Ultimately he guides us on a journey to make our whole physical body breath. Topic General clarity.

This next one is with Tibetan boles: very chill overall dude that is doing his thing, few words, few sounds, but somehow he gets the job done. He reminds me of those people who are always smiling and you know they mean it, from their heart. Topic Relaxation.

This next one is the first woman one: its a bit more simple, but its about being more present, and bringing that present moment to be here right now. She is also kind as the first two, I guess they all have their own vibe. one of the ones I used the least but nonetheless helpful in certain moments. Topic Presence

This one I found useful when wanting a mix between sound, voice, and just time to reflect and not always having to listen. Probably one of the guys that I listened too the most, he is the most popular on yt, yet this one video he leaves a lot of empty spaces with music. Topic River meditation.

This next one is no voice, only sound and videos of nature. a nice change up, as I prefer guided meditations, but its very well made and useful for those that want to relax without having to follow a person' s instructions to do so. Topic Letting go.

This one is the underdog one, not popular guy at all but he knows what he is doing, and has been doing it for a while; his is the shortest one, 15 minutes, and there is wiseness here as well. Topic letting go of judgement.

This one is for me the most strong one. would not recommend to first time users, but fine for the ones that have done many meditations before. Topic letting go of fear and guilt.

Bottom line - select the one which images and vibe feel right for you, and if you click it and its not interesting stop it, and pick another one. Give it a shot, clicking does not cost anything right?
