Possible reasons for this:
- cyborgs don't like robots
- job areas cyborgs used to fill just fine: transporter pilots, artillery & reconnaissance; observers, however, quasi-cost less and build faster than goons get produced, for the same amount of psi
- when executors go for fast robo builds it delays goons' range upgrade
- dud scarabs are the worst
- can't board shuttle efficiently because fat
- dragoons long for the quality to be invisible for a while as a consequence of post-transplant depression; and are jealous of observers
- until an observer is built and gets to the area it is needed (taking its sweet time too) goons often sustain damage or die from mines and lurkers
