Like, in my first 1.18 testgame my mouse felt "laggy" as well, i now learned to use full screen (vsync was already off) and the mouse is working, but im getting an actual fullscreen. I did check the box in my videocard driver to keep the ratio, but im still getting the stretched full screen. I also remember to have read something about how to get the right mouse sensitivity in bw, but i dont remember what it was (as of now, in full screen my mouse feels not laggy anymore, but way too fast). Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your help! Last patch made my mouse very laggy in full screen windowed mode, so I had to swap to full screen + keep aspect ratio. I'm not sure how it works in terms of whether it's stretching the image, or displaying at the native resolution, or what. Also, at least for my GPU software, I had to tick two boxes--the one marked "scaling mode -- preserve aspect ratio" as well as the one marked "GPU scaling -- on" in order to go fullscreen but keep the 4:3 ratio. If I don't tick both boxes it stretches to 16;9 with the fullscreen setting. As for mouse sensitivity....I think you just have to experiment til you find what you like. When I was using the full screen window without needing to maintain the aspect ratio through my GPU I didn't need to change my mouse settings when launching BW (I used 1600 DPI, 6/11 Windows setting). After I starting needing to maintain the aspect ratio, I experimented for a bit and found a setting that was similar enough (in my case, just changing from 1600 to 700 DPI). You probably have to do something similar.
