that's very ugly. Wow if that would be what i see on my screen as final version, i'd play through the campaign like this again for the nostalgia. Perhaps. I'd definitely switch back to the old graphics directly after. I cannot imagine playing bnet like...that?

I mean i realize im probably biased towards the graphics i have been used to for a long time, but that just looks very bad.

Only thing I dislike really is the blood, archons might be a little too shiny but everything else looks fine to me.

This is one of those things where no matter what changes a bunch of people will complain because it's not the exact same as it used to be. Brood war was always an ugly game, none of you will blink an eye when it looks ugly in a slightly different way after a few weeks of getting used to it.

I can't get over how weird those siege tanks and ultras look, but I can't exactly explain what it is.

Other things mostly look okay, marine death animation looks pretty ridiculous but I think that's probably more the .gif than anything else. Kinda looks like a lego model being blown apart.

Yeah, if the graphics look like that on release, I just wont buy the remastered. Match making is coming regardless.

Archons, lurkers, ultras and the marine death animation. All terrible.

the marine death animation looks like it was ripped straight out of diablo 2. also the zerg death animations are extremely underwhelming compared to the tanks.

This is the worst thing in all those gifs. Everything else is okay-ish for me, but changing the massive blood stains of a mass glings to this is a shame
