Hopefully Stratos or another Korean master can provide us with some more info on this.
I was watching the streams when noticed some folks checking out pictures of Killer and Sea playing in a studio of some sort:
I didn't think much of it, but then in chatting with BGVRT on Twitch, he mentioned this new company had started streaming a 24/7 gaming Youtube channel. They're also holding BW events, like two recent "Special Matches", each with a sizable $3000 prize pool! All offline with real live hosts, including OSL/MSL casters.
Today's Special Match: Killer, Sea, Movie, Jaehoon
then two weeks ago: Free, Pusan, ZerO, HiyA
The studio with "Star-Boys"

Yay for Hiya games! Not too sure bout Jaehoon and the army pants...
Edit: Whoever asked for VODs in the snipealot thread instead of FPVODs, watch these. Good quality event and with these casters it almost feels like the good old MSL/OSL.

Wow, this looks pretty good.
Hopefully we get regular updates on games and possibly even streams/VODs ^^

Hopefully this becomes a more regular series of events/leagues. Sure seems like this company is making a good sized sponsorship commitment with $3000 prizes + wages for broadcasters/staff for a one-day event
I recall Kongdoo wanting to do a cable TV/online network of some sort too, so with these possibilities, the community is not solely relying on Sonic -- We need more bigger events than a SSL every 6months

In the second picture, the guy on the far right is a proleague caster right? What is he doing at this event? Either way, really cool news for the BW scene!

Contrary to popular belief - most, if not all Korean commentators are actually freelancers and as such aren't tied to the organizations they are most known for casting with.
TheMarine told me this when I met him in Korea a couple of years ago which was a surprising fact to me.

@2pacalypse, hey, I wrote you a TL-message inviting you to grab a beer and talk about bw if you're in Zagreb

My only concern is if this is sustainable.

Casters barely caught it

The real tragedy here is seeing Killer lose to Sea....for the umpteenth time.

Yay :D
I hope they get rid of Python in the future.

What a snipe and what a beautiful morning to wake into. I tried looking a bit but didn't find much more info than you already delivered. It's called HEL Starcraft Special Match, HEL stands for HungryApp Esports League, which currently runs Fifa online and Sudden Attack ("CS"). Hopefully if they see that the show matches are popular they'll think of integrating BW into that but that's just a wild dream. I didn't find anything else with BW happening or any plans but I'll take a look when I get home. Thx for letting us know, mr. 007!
