Aim: 200 BarCraft for LOTV Launch
The Plan? Nothing in place, and there won't be if everyone sits on their hands. I'm just some guy in front of a keyboard. What can I possibly do alone? This isn't Fight Club. There'll be no eSports Typer Durden jetsetting the world and setting up local BarCrafts near you for you (unless, of course, FXOBoss is still around and willing).
I can't do this alone, and neither could you, nor Blizzard. The Project is bigger than any one person or organization. For it to work, to have a chance to succeed, everyone needs to be involved. Everyone who's left, and even those whom have already left us.
My job is to grab the attention of a few good men. It'll up to them to get everyone else on board.
Who among you will be the vanguard of democracy, freedom, and discovery? Today, we bequeath America's future into your able hands.

The List
Blizzard
Someone with pull with Blizzard has to convince them that the Community wants to help them launch LOTV at every major city. Blizzard has to be on board with the Project, and early. If we wait until LOTV gets an actual launch date. It'll already be too late. By then, Blizzard's launch strategy would already be set in stone. Blizzard needs to make room in their marketing plan for us.
Blizzard has to be convinced that it is a good idea. There's a lot in it for Blizzard: hundreds of launch events for LOTV, celebrating the franchise, all around the globe. It can all be theirs for practically nothing. That is meaningful, significant. It has tremendous upside for very little cost.
Blizzard's job, aside from giving the Project a certain legitimacy, is simply help push it forward and send out kits. Blizzard can only be support, and cannot demand for command and control. Herding cats has never been within Blizzard's expertise, and there'll be hundreds of organizers involved (if all goes according to plan) vying for their attention. It won't be pretty.
Industry
Network and get people involved. The LOTV launch will be the end of an era, and who knows what the future holds? An existential threat is the best way to foster solidarity, push for collective action. Channel our collective pent-up frustration into action by pointing to a tangible goal. What's the worse that can happen?
Enlist everyone: casters and players, tournament and event organizers, owners, forum regulars, the retired, the forgotten, the naysayers, the trolls. Someone (and many ones) has to (1) convince them this is a thing (2) it has potential (3) it is possible (4) get involved (5) attend. That person won't be me.
Any publicity is good publicity. Wonder out loud if the Project can be possible. Get people talking. Nothing happens if no one knows about it.
Community
Every men, women, and child has to commit themselves to attend. Just as importantly, it'll be up to the individuals to reach beyond TL and r/StarCraft. Everyone knows someone who hasn't been around for a while. Call them, beg them to come, bait them with promise of food and drinks and a good time. The entire enterprise would be largely pointless, if the only we see the same 20 people circlejerking at LOTV launch.
It'll be up to the Community - ie "you" - to make sure there'll be a BarCraft for LOTV launch nearby. Setting up a BarCraft aint easy, but it isn't hard either. A BarCraft has only 4 ingredients: food and drink, like-minded company, and a good game on screen. That's it. Everything else is mere window dressing. There'll be help along the way too.
tl;dr; I aint going to do shit. If "200 BarCrafts for LOTV launch" has potential, if it'll happen, it needs a "few good men" to kick start the whole enterprise.
