It cooled down a lot. So instead of running in 90+ degrees at like 9am. It was a nice cool 70. The last interval was pretty brutal though. Don't think there will be much muscle pain, tired but not exhausted. When you do this, does it need to be a daily thing? It's a 3 times a week thing. With rest days in between. Sorry bout the blog-like posts on these. Sorta want some community pressure to make sure I go through with it. lol. keep it up man!

While in theory I'm with red on this it's about personal preference and it certainly helps to lose weight while building endurance to a 5k before you start sprinting. I would put lifting before those though.
I'm still planning on doing the tri, we'll see how it goes before I actually commit and register. Distance does suck but hopefully my prior years of training will come back quick
And I want to keep getting updates wei.

Then transition to interval sprint training. Gotta get that basic stamina first.

Hm. Ok. I need to find a period of quiet time without work interfering and get exercising then. Also running shoes.

I didn't like it after the first three episodes, but I kept watching out of respect for the art style and started enjoying it much more as it progressed.

The new Guardians of the Galaxy trailer is so. good.
I haven't been this hype for a movie in a while.

And you guys let a picture of Lina "I solve problems with fire" Inverse just pass you by.. Slayers was so much fun to watch. Not the greatest of shows but entertaining. Entire series can be summed up by "DnD game gone terribly awry."
Madoka was better then I thought it would be, I expected a grimdark magical girl trope, instead I got a solid tragedy.

TLLOLOTGD Fantasy League is drafting at 8cst tonight. IF YOU AINT THERE THAT'S YOUR FAULT. I know One person said they'd prolly be late. Were drafting at 830 CST at the latest so get there if unless you want auto picked teams

Cixah you wanna link the fantasy link?

Should be able to get home in time for the draft, going to leave with twice the expected time to account for rush hour.
