No it doesn't, there are tons of 'getting started' guides on running with lots of different pacing options and days/week that you run based on different distance goals and whatnot. But seriously running is shit don't be a runner. You want to be like Yohan Blake and Justin Gatlin and Asafa Powell, not some frail thin marathoner! | ||

Most Couch to 5k regimens say that you should run alternating days, working out on your off days, and have one day a week as your off day. So basically, MWF Run, TTS* Alternate workout (could be weights, martial arts, etc), Sunday rest. Or switch run/workout days, you just don't specifically want to do Cardio every day unless that's all you want to do. It's overall better to have a more well-rounded regimen. *TTS meaning Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, not TiTaeSeo, the awesome vocal kpop group. Though you should listen to them anyway. | ||
